~Chapter 5 - Lilith's POV - SHE/HER PRONOUNS - Possible TW mention of Food!~

After the day before yesterday, I don't know how to feel. I don't like Y/N? Or do I? Well that's not my focus right now. Today I get to hang out with Sofia and tell her everything. I still have work today, but still, that's what I need to do. I wake up in my messy rock aesthetic of a room and go to sit down at my vanity desk. I look at myself in the mirror and just think. How did I get here? How did I get to this point? Do I even exist? I grab my brush and start to brush out my tangled hair. My hair length is about to my shoulders, I wish it was longer though. Once I've brushed it out, I grab my curling iron that I happened to plug in once I sat down, and began to curl my hair. Once it was curled, I sat down the curling iron, unplugged it, and began to do my make-up. I finished my make-up quite quickly and then began to look for an outfit. Today I wanted to be simple, so I grabbed a black dress, some fishnets, and my platform boots. I put on some purple earrings and a purple belt to make my outfit flow, mainly due to my bangs being purple. I looked in the mirror to make sure I looked decent and walked outside of my room. I ran into Y/N while grabbing breakfast and just ignored her. I feel like she wanted to talk, but I certainly didn't want to. I made a mistake. Or was it a mistake? I have no idea anymore. I quickly ate breakfast then walked out our front door forgetting to lock it. I got in my car, which happens to be a black Lexus, then began to drive. Sofia agreed to meet with me at a local restaurant run by a small family. I arrived at the restaurant and noticed that she was already there. I got out of my car and locked it. My purse was by my side and I walked to the door where she was waiting. I got to the door as she kissed me without hesitation. "Sofia, once we get sat down in here.. I need to talk to you. I'm afraid things won't be the same." I say grabbing her hand. She looks at me scared then nods and we walk into a small yet quite fancy restaurant. I get us both a table then get settled at our seats. A waiter comes by and takes our order. We both ordered almost the exact same thing which happens to be Spiral Sliced Honey Ham except she ordered it with more honey. We both got our food and then I began to talk, "Sofia, You and I have both noticed something ever since that proposal? It hasn't been the same? " "Lilith I see that I do but.. I Love you Lilith. I really do." Sofia says reaching for my hand. "Listen Sofia.. I don't think I feel the same way? At Least not anymore? ", I say as I back my hands away from hers, "Sofia.. I did love you.. But don't you think we both deserve a better shot at love? At life in general?" Sofia begins to tear up as she looks at her plate then looks me in the eye. She begins to speak, "I get what you mean. This is going to be difficult, ya know? Telling everyone we broke up over this. I think you're right though. It's for the better?" "It is for the better Sofia. It is. Thank you for understanding. Friends?" I ask. "Friends." She responds in a low tone. We continued to eat then I paid for the food. After I paid we both went our separate ways and I went home. I didn't cry. I didn't do much at all. I just sat in my room. Y/N came in and gave me a hug and just sat there with me. She is the only one that cares? At least for the moment. I don't want to start anything with her though. For now. I'll remain alone.
