Third person P.O.V:
Cassie and Daniel both ended up in the hospital due to falling from the tree house. The Coleman's sat down waiting to know if the twins were okay. A doctor came to them and everyone sat up except Esther.
"We stopped the abdominal bleeding but the boy has a very serious neck injury. He's stabilized for now. The girl has a broken arm and were getting her a cast. You should consider yourselves very lucky." The doctor spoke to the poor family.
"Can we see them?" John asked.
"In a little while. They're resting in the ICU." The doctor answered.
"Okay. Will they be able to tell us what happened?" Kate asked. "It's possible there's no way of knowing for sure what they'll remember until they wake up." The doctor replied. John hugged Kate and reassured her.

"I know you're exhausted and upset. Obviously there has to be some other explanation she didn't come from an insane asylum." John said trying to reason with his wife.
"How do you know that? The orphanage you saw she came from has never heard of her. Everything about her could be a lie. Everything." Kate argued.
"We have her passport,her birth certificate,and her school." John argued back.
"Those papers are from halfway around the world." Kate said annoyed.
"What is this? A piece of paper." John said defending Esther.
"Your own mother was there this time. It wasn't just me your mother was there." Kate started.
"It was either Esther, Daniel,or Cassie who started the fire. Who do you think did it ?" Kate finished.
"I don't know."
"I'm so done. I'm done connecting these dots for you. You know what you can think whatever you want about me I will leave tonight. If that's what you want I will leave tonight on one condition. Esther goes to."
"Can I have a dollar for the soda machine?" Esther asked.
"Your mother wants you to stay right there." Barbra responded. Esther looked down is disappointment and Barbra took out a dollar and handed it t Esther. Esther smiled in victory and took the dollar.
"Don't be too long." Barbra told Esther. Esther walked through the hall with a smile on her face but it dropped as soon as the doctor passed by. She had went to the ICU planning to kill both Daniel and Cassie. She walked into the ICU and went to Daniel's bed first. She slowly climbed onto the bed and took off Daniel's ventilator and pulse oximeter. Daniel woke up and looked at Esther with fear and tears in his eyes. Esther then got the pillow and suffocated him by pressing it on his face. She put the pulse oximeter on his finger and put the pillow back under him then went to Cassie. She climbed on Cassie's bed and took off her ventilator and pulse oximeter. Cassie woke up and was about to scream when she saw Esther but couldn't since Esther tried to suffocate her. Esther took the pillow off Cassie and Cassie passed out but wasn't dead. Esther put back the pulse oximeter and ventilator then ran out of the room due to the alarm going off.
"Code 99 ICU, Code 99 ICU." Someone announced on the loud speaker. Kate and John went to the ICU in panic. Other doctors ran to the ICU too.
"Mom take Max." John told his mom in panic. During all of this Esther got a can of mountain due and was walking back to the seats.
"Coming through! move people!" One of the doctors said running to the ICU.
"Daniel? Cassie?" Kate called in panic. A doctor pushed Kate out as she tried to get in.
"Cardiac arrest stay out here." One of the doctors told Kate.
"Daniel? Cassie?" Kate called.
One group of doctors went to Cassie and another went to Daniel.
"Here we go." One of the doctors said as she took off Daniel's ventilator.
"We got a pulse." A doctor at Cassie's side called.
"We have a pulse, we have a pulse." Another doctor from Daniel's side called. Kate walked away from the door and John went after her. Just as Kate came around the corner so did Esther.
"What did you do?!" Kate yelled.
"Kate!" John called.
"What did you do to them you bitch!?" Kate yelled before slapping Esther. John held back Kate as Esther fell to the floor.
"She's trying to kill my babies." Kate cried.
"Daddy! Daddy!" Esther called crying. The doctors held Kate back as John helped up Esther. The doctors injected something into Kate and Kate passed out.

"Kate." John said as he stood by Kate's bed.
"Daniel, Cassie." Kate breathed.
"They're running some tests we should know more by tomorrow. Cassie is okay she just passed out. Don't worry about Daniel or Cassie it'll be okay. Daniel will be home in a few days. You need to stay overnight and get some rest. I'm gonna take Maxine, Esther and Cassie home." John told Kate.
"John. Please don't let her near Max or Cassie." Kate replied.
"I love you." John said before leaving the room.
Cassie was carried back to the car due to still being asleep. The car was filled with a sad silence.
