Callie's P.O.V:
I was in the living room playing video games with Daniel as we waited for our new foster sister to come home. Daniel wasn't very fond of the idea but I though it would be nice to have another sibling and someone for Max to hang out with. Daniel beat me and I sank back down on the couch in defeat.
"Ha! I beat you!" Daniel exclaimed in victory.
"I hate you." I responded.
"I know you don't." He said before sitting next to me. I sighed and turned to him.
"I wonder how our new sister is going to be like." I said.
"I honestly don't care." He responded coldly causing me to laugh a bit.
"You don't have to be so mean." I said to him hoping he wouldn't be a dick to her when she came.
"I mean she can't be that bad." I told him hoping he would maybe have a change of heart.
"Yea. But what if she gets all of mom and dads attention and were just left in the shadows" Daniel replied.
"I don't think that will happen." I said now starting to get worried about that.

I heard the car park but I didn't go outside since Daniel wasn't. We just stood by the counter and waited. I saw Max run outside with excitement which made me smile a bit. My grandma closed her book and stood up. I saw a girl who looked around 9 years old with black wavy hair walk in.
"Esther I would like to introduce you to grandma Barbra." I heard my father say.
"Its a pleasure to meet you." Esther said as she curtsied. Me and Daniel both just stared blankly at Esther "Danny. Cassie." Father called for us as we went over to Esther.
"This is Esther." Our father said as the girl went forward a bit.
"Hello Daniel and Cassie." She said holding a hand out for Daniel to shake.
"Hey." Daniel replied as he shook her hand. She then stretched out a hand for me to shake which I returned.
"Hello Esther." I said with a smile. Esther smiled and then walked away looking at the house as our dad stood by us.
"Why does she dress like that?" Daniel whispered to dad causing me to snicker.
"Come on stop it." Our dad said as he pulled Daniel closer to him. I could tell she heard it but tried to ignore it.
"I'm just asking a question." Daniel said. We all trailed behind Esther,Kate and Max as Esther toured the house.
"You have a piano!" Esther said clearly excited.
"Yea." My mom replied smiling.
"Would you like to learn how to play?" My mom asked Esther.
"I would love to." Esther answered. If i'm going to be honest I though her accent was cool. Mom and dad led Esther to her room as Daniel,Max and I followed. Esther went inside as Daniel had one hand on Max's arm and the other on her other arm as I had my hand on Max's shoulder.
"You like it?" My mom asked Esther. Esther turned around grinning from ear to ear.
"Its perfect." She answered.
"Good." My mom replied looking happy.

I was sitting on a bean bad next to one of mine and Daniel friends as Daniel and Trevor were going against each other in guitar hero. Esther was opening her gifts as we played. I looked over to Daniel who's gaze went from the game to Esther.
"Dad look." Daniel called.
"Dad look i'm killing Trevor." Daniel called once again. I felt pity for him since the thing he feared was coming true.
"Great." My dad replied obviously not paying attention to Daniel.
"Come on dad my solos gonna end, hurry look." Daniel said trying to get my dads attention. I saw my dad look back.
"Wow cool." My dad said before turning his attention back to Esther.
"Trevor you suck." I said jokingly.
"Shut up." He replied. I saw Esther look at Daniel and I obviously smiling to annoy us at the fact she was getting more attention. Daniel noticed this to.
"Come on guys. This is lame." Daniel said as he took the guitar off. "I was just about to beat you." Trevor complained.
"How about we go to the tree house?" I suggested and the rest nodded in agreement. We all got our jackets on and ran to the tree house.
"Come on guys." Daniel said as he climbed up the ladder.
"Hurry up were freezing our asses off." Trevor said referring to him and I since Lucas took long to go up the ladder. We all went in and Daniel took off the floor board that contained magazines with nude girls in it. I personally thought they were disgusting do I didn't look at them. Daniel flipped through the magazine as Trevor sat down next to Lucas and I sat up against the wall.
"Page 34 will change your life." Daniel said handing the magazine to Trevor and Lucas to look at. I rolled my eyes at their immaturity.
"Whoa." Lucas spoke.
"This looks like your mom." Trevor spoke causing me to look like him in disgust.
"You nasty fuck." I said as I threw a piece of crumbled up paper at him. It sucked that Katie couldn't come because usually when they looked at the magazines we talked to each other. Also we were best friends so of course I was bit upset.
