Chapter 8 - Where I lied

*Yawns*

'I think I had enough sleep...'

*Looks at Amaya sleeping on bed*

'She's still asleep.'

'I'll go prepare some breakfast then.'

After we left the part and came back to my apartment, Amaya woke up and started thanking me again and talking about burdening me and all.

 I told her last night she can stay at my place and it will be a fun sleepover too, but mostly it was because I wanted to cook dinner for her as she was too exhausted to cook dinner for herself.

 So, I prepared dinner for both of us and told her she can stay here for the night.

She accepted my offer and we had a great time having dinner together.

Afterwards, she straight up went to bed and fell asleep.

I was tired too, so I slept after some time as well.

'Amaya is okay with talking to new people as it seems to me.'

'She didn't have any issues talking with me.'

*Sigh*

'I guess she can socialize with people she wants to.'

*Prepares breakfast*

'Two cups of Coffee, and some toast with eggs should be perfect.'

*Finishes preparing breakfast and puts everything on table*

'Good morning.'

"Good morning.", said Amaya with a confident voice.

'Seems like you've slept well.'

*Smiles*

"Yes, I had an amazing sleep.", said Amaya with a yawn.

'Breakfast's ready.'

"Oh, everything looks good!", said Amaya and took a seat.

'Eat as much as you want and tell me if you need anything else.'

"No, this is plenty much. Let's eat now."

"After last night's dinner, I realized how much of a good cook you are."

"You're one skilled person, Loke."

"You can do so much.", said Amaya with a smile.

'Eh well. It's not really that much.'

*Takes a seat and joins Amaya for breakfast*

"Well then, I better be leaving."

"School's about to start in an hour, I need to get changed too.", said Amaya.

'Oh yeah.'

"All my stuff are back at my apartment."

"And uh..."

"I'll return these clothes to you once I get them washed. Thanks for lending me these and letting me stay over. Everything was great and I had an amazing time with you...", said Amaya while blushing and smiling.

'Yeah yeah. It's all good.'

'Now stop worrying and get going.'

*Gives a sigh and smiles*
