Chapter 11 - Dealing with the past

*Wakes up and opens eyes*

'Hm...?'

*Yawn*

'That was one of the most relaxing sleep I had in a while.'

'Wait...'

*Looks beside me*

'What the fuck? I slept like this the whole night?'

*Moves from Amaya and gets up*

'Amaya slept holding me like this?'

'I was sleeping on her chest by holding her tight this whole time...'

*Sigh*

'Great...'

*Blushes*

'She's still sleeping.'

'Well, last night was an unexpected turn of events, but I liked it...'

*Facepalm*

'Tsk.'

'Never mind. I should go get changed.'

'We're supposed to leave in a while.'

*Pokes Amaya*

'Amaya, wake up.'

'We gotta leave soon. You need to get changed.'

"Wha...?", said Amaya in her sleep.

'She's sleep talking or something?'

*Blushes*

'Cute...'

*Sigh*

'But now's not the time.'

*Moves Amaya a bit*

'Amaya. Wake up already.'

'Wake up or else I'll kiss you.'

"Huh...? What?! Did you say something about a kiss?!", said Amaya with a flustered voice and got up suddenly.

'Finally.'

'There's nothing about a kiss. I said that to freak you out, so you get up.'

'We'll be going back home in a while. Go get changed.'

"Oh...okay."

"Sorry for troubling you.", said Amaya while touching her head.

'Nah, it's alright.'

'I should say sorry and thank you as well.'

'You couldn't sleep properly because of me whereas I was sleeping blissfully thanks to you...'

*Smiles and blushes*

"N-not at all. I slept quite nicely too."

"You were really warm and cosy. I slept nicely because I was holding you..."

"And besides, I wanted to stay by your side and comfort you..."

"I didn't want to wake up because I was having a perfect sleep with you...", said Amaya with a low voice while blushing.

*Gets close to Amaya's face*

'I have a question.'

'Do you like me?'

*Looks at Amaya's eyes and lips*

"W-w-what's that kind of question...?"

"W-why are you suddenly asking me that...?", asked Amaya with a flustered voice while blushing.
