The 100 - The Girl Next Door

Chapter Ten

It's six o clock and everybody has arrived at the Blake's house to meet Clarke.
CLARKE
"Everybody this is Clarke Griffin. Clarke this is Charlotte she's 14 years old and lives with Jasper and their parents. That's Fox and Roma over there in the corner and this is Atom, Dax, Monroe and Raven." Bellamy says as we both walk up to them. "Actually Clarke and I have already met, on her first day here I introduced myself, but we haven't spoken since then" Monroe says smiling at me. "Sorry about that Monroe." I say awkwardly, "it's fine!" She says rubbing my shoulder once. "Clarke I'm Raven, I believe you know my boyfri- sorry I mean ex boyfriend Finn Collins?" I don't know what to say but all of a sudden I just start apologising.. "Raven I am so so sorry I didn't know he had a girlfriend at first and I asked him to stop and then at the clu-" she cuts me off by saying "Clarke it's not your fault, he's a total jackass." She gives me a hug and I hug her back I whisper thankyou into her ear. "Damn girl you are fit!" One of the boys say, before I have a chance to reply Bellamy does it for me "Dax!" Bellamy gives Dax a death glare and I look over to Atom. "Atom hey I'm Clarke." I say walking passed Dax and completely blank him, I see Bellamy smirk at this. "Hey, uh so are you single?" He asks quietly, making sure Bellamy doesn't hear, I look over to Bell and then back at Atom and reply "yes I am" I wink at him then walk off over to Roma and Fox. "Hey, I'm Clarke" Roma stares at me and I stare back. Bellamy sees I'm over with Roma and Fox and jogs over to us. "Bellamy!" Roma says and jumps into his arms. I'm still stood here watching all of this, he tries to pry Roma's hands off of him and is unsuccessful until O turns up and warns Roma off. "Stay away from my man!" She says to me and pushes me, I nearly fall to the ground. I stand back up straight and tell her "you want to fight bitch? Then fucking try me!" She lunges towards me and I dodge I kick the back of her leg them twist her round and punch her face she falls to the floor and a jump on top of her repeatedly punching her in the face. Fox tries to punch me but Octavia steps in the way and takes the punch, O then punches her back and Fox hits the floor. O and Bell get me off of Roma and everyone is staring at me so I say, "I'd like to take this chance to ask if anybody else has a problem with me" they all stay quiet, I shake Bellamy and Octavia off of me and say "right then!" And then walk off into the back garden to cool down. My knuckles were still healing from the night I hit Murphy and Finn and now I had just cut them all up again. I sat on the table and look up at the stars.

BELLAMY
wow I didn't know Clarke was capable of that much, I know she had fight in her but that, that was amazing. I look and see Octavia has a bloody nose and I run over to her, "O are you alright?!" I ask, worried about her "me? Am I alright? Bell did you not just see Clarke!" She stare down at the floor and swallow. "Yeah well she can handle herself." I didn't want people to know that I cared for Clarke but I had to make it clear that Roma was no longer coming to the camping trip. "Alright everyone as you can see there are some issues with Roma so she will no longer be attending tomorrow's camping trip." I say loud enough for everybody to hear, "like hell I'm not!" I turn around to see Roma standing with blood covering her face, "you need to put that bitch on a leash!" She shouts and anger fills my body, before I have a chance to do anything Octavia comes up and punches Roma twice and Roma falls to the floor. "That's my best friend!" O shouts at Roma. "And if anybody has a problem with her! Then they have a problem with me!" Everybody was still silent, including Lincoln. I go outside and see Clarke sitting on the table looking at the stars, "Clarke?" She jumps "oh Bellamy! I didn't know you were out here." She says and I look down at the floor and chuckle "well I don't know if you know by now but it's kinda my job to look after the princess." She looks at me and laughs "no I knew." She replies and we both laugh.

----next day-----

CLARKE
"so where is it we are going again?" I ask Bellamy. We are in the car on our way to the camp site, all of our stuff was in the boot and Octavia was sitting in the back with Lincoln. "Mt. Weather." Bellamy replies. I could see he was preoccupied. He kept looking in the mirror to check on Lincoln and Octavia in the back, they both had their headphones on and were laying on each other. "You don't trust him much do you?" I ask Bellamy. "no I don't." He replies now concentrating on the road, "but why, he's so much like you.." He looks down for a split second and laughs "would you trust a guy like me?" He asks and it's not a hard question to answer, "a guy like you, Bellamy Blake I would trust any day." He looks at me and smiles "you always know how to cheer someone up don't you princess?" I reply jokingly "well I can't have one of my subjects feeling down and depressed now can I?" We both laugh and I then put some music on, on the radio the song Built This Way by Dallas Austin comes on "oh my god I know this song!" I shout and then I start to sing it

"Wow princess, out of breath?" Bellamy asks with a huge grin on his face. "No!" I say.. Out of breath. He laughs as I sit back still out of breath "I'd like to hear you sing then!" He laughs even more then replies "you wouldn't catch me singing ever!" He stay silent for about five minutes until Bellamy breaks it "now listen I have to warn you, we take this game very seriously, we stay here for 14 days, two weeks. And in that time we treat it like its a life and death situation." I stare at him. Why did they all take it so seriously? Oh well. "We're here." Bellamy says when he pulls up just outside the forest there's three other cars that pull up aside us with everybody else in there. We get our backpacks that have our tents and clothes in and make our way up the tree covered mountain. Once we reach the top we split into two groups, one group known as the Grounders which had Lincoln, Fox, Atom, Charlotte, Dax and Monroe and then our group also known as the sky people, for whatever reason is unknown. In this group it was me, Bellamy, Octavia, Raven, Monty, Jasper and Miller. After we had set up our tents and our fire place we needed to go hunting, everybody ran off in separate directions and I didn't know what to do. Before Octavia left she said "may we meet again but brother" to Bellamy witch just confused me even more.
