Lily Crawford and Ashton Reynolds are both desperate people from two different worlds meeting at a crossroad.

She is now in fraught. Her son is asking for his father and she is out of alibis anymore. How can she just tell him that his dad doesn't exist? A madness her parents thought so that they even casted her aside. She harbours a secret not everyone knows. She always ached for an unconditional love. So one night of loneliness and she did the one thing her heart desired. Only six years later, it now comes biting her backside.

He is now in dilemma. He only did it because he lost a bet. A night of drunken fun and dares before the enlistment. Now, six years later, he's not the same man anymore. Scathed and full of nightmares, he wonders why he survived at all. There's nothing to look forward to . . . that is until he meets a certain woman. Nonetheless, with a son who keeps on calling him as dad? Yeah, right he's single all right and would gladly remain so. Strangely, he wonders what happened after that one night.

Two worlds colliding, two souls needing shelter...can they both save each other? Values are being tested, priorities are shifting, emotions are conflicting, personalities are clashing - but could they find hope in the midst of all the chaos?

Everything appears as make beliefs but when they start believing what was undoubtedly been made - sham or not - their existence will finally make sense for them.

Their story is just told in such unique way but in the end, every fairytale does have magical finale, don't you think? Not that this is a fairytale though - far from it. There's no gallant handsome prince charming rescuing his despondent, ill-treated princess. There's not even a gorgeous extraordinaire billionaire playboy saving his unfortunate mistress.

This is just a story of Lily, of Ashton, and of everything around them.

To whoever remembers my story 'MAKE BELIEVE' before I shelved it, this one is for you. I decided to rewrite the story but the main plot remains the same.

And to whoever knows Ashton Reynolds, whom I mentioned in '15 Letters I Wrote to You', this is his story. Enjoy!
