Kisses, Fights and Make Ups?

We walked through the streets of Hogsmeade, he wasn't holding my hand but our hands would brush against each other's every now and then. He was so nervous I was practically holding in a laugh the whole way to the Three Broomsticks.
We finally got there and he held the door open for me. "What a gentleman" I laughed but my face dropped when I saw Draco and his goons. They were here to ruin my time with Seamus.

"What's wrong" Seamus questioned me, he looked concerned.

"Oh it's nothing, I'm fine" I stuttered as I forced a smile. He hesitated for a second but then nodded, leading me to the table we both sat down.

A ginger lady with a cat apron came up to us. She was quite small and only a little older then us. "Hi I'm Emily" she blurted.

"Hey" I hesitated. She then handed out our menus.

"Just two butter beers to start please" I said. She quickly jotted it down and then grabbed our menus.

"Ok I'll get right on that" she declared before walking away.

I looked at Seamus who was staring at Draco and his goons. Draco scoffed as the rest of his group smirked. The next thing I knew Draco and Pansy were walking up to us.

"Mind if we join you" Pansy giggled.

"Yes I do mind" I snapped before she sat down next to us. "But you sit down anyway" I said annoyed.

"Er hey" Seamus said nervously.

"Seamus" Draco greeted but it sounded more like a growl.

"Hi Seamus" Pansy hissed.

"What the fuck do you guys want? Or are you just obsessed with me" I asked them. They both hesitated and then slowly shifted in their chairs."Leave!" I growled at them. They then both got up and walked away. They sat back down at a table with Blaise, Crabbe and Goyle.
"I'm sorry they like to annoy me, a lot" I explained as he nodded.

"Yeah" he laughed.

Then the ginger waitress walked up to us with two butter beers in her hands. She put them down and scurried away quickly.

"So" he said nervously.

"You know your the first person to ask me out" I laughed, when he heard this his face became the slightest shade of pink.

"I am?" He asked confused.

"Yep"I replied with an embarrassed smile.

"How your so pretty" he blurted but then quickly looked down at the table realizing what he had said.

"Thank you" I hesitated, he looked up and smiled.

"So your good at potions?" He grinned his face still flushed.

"Yeah, are you" I asked him curiously. I knew he wasn't the best as half the time the potions exploded in his face.

"I'm ok at it, I'm better at transfiguration" he explained with a smile.

"Oh" I said but then my face dropped. I looked behind him to see Pansy and Draco kissing. They were snogging, they were practically eating each other!
I couldn't help but quickly look down at the table. I heard Blaise snicker and I looked up to meet his gaze. He mouthed 'jealous' and I quickly got up and left. Leaving Seamus sitting there confused, I saw him look back and realization covered his confused look. He quickly followed me out.

"I'm sorry" I blurted.

"No it's ok"

" I can't do this" I said apologetically.
