Chapter 14 || Temptations
I don't love Calum, I can't love Calum. I don't even know what love is, I just have strong feelings for him. I can't love Cal, I'm basically using him. But he's so sweet and attractive, he's really to good to be true. He loves with all his heart, he loves me so much, he loves his best friends so much, he loves his family so much, he just loves everything.
He doesn't have a harmful bone in his body, he really doesn't. I can't love him, he's to good for me to love.
"Vinni? You alright love?" He spoke snapping me out of my thoughts.
He took my hand in his and started tracing my knuckles gently. His hands were so rough and his fingers even rougher from playing the guitar for almost all of his life. But I loved the feeling of his rough skin against mine.
"Yeah Cal."
"We've been in front of your house for 10 minutes baby." He brought my hand up to his mouth and left a sweet kiss on the knuckles he'd just been tracing.
"Oh sorry." I said biting my lip as I felt his plump lips make contact with the warm skin of my hand.
"It's alright Vinni, I'll see you tomorrow yeah?"
I nodded as he took my hand away from his face and smiled at me.
"I love you, see you tomorrow love."
"See you too." I said and got out of the truck.
The sinking feeling remained, why can't I just lie to him and tell him I do love him. As I turned around to look at Calum, he wasn't looking at me. His head rested on the steering wheel as he let out deep breaths. He let out a sigh and put the car into drive, speeding away without another glance towards my direction.
I sighed as well as I made my way up to the porch of my house. The door was shut but on the door mat was a note.
Venice
I have gone out with Anne, I expect you to sleep at Anne's house with Harry, not in the same bed I don't need any mini Venice's running around now do I?
Anyway I will be back in the morning, the door is locked and I left some clothes of yours with Harry.
Good night, love mom.
I let out a groan, I didn't want to stay with Harry. Things had been really awkward between the two of us since I refused to tell him the small details of my life.
But I still walked over to his house to get out of the cold, there was an unfamiliar car in his drive way and what sounded like a heavy beat was coming from inside the house, did he have a friend over? But Harry didn't have many friends, he had his four friends and me, that was it with Harry. So which one of them four were here.
I knocked on the door harder then I normally would to make the sound louder. The door swung open and Harry appeared.
His long hair was in loose curls handing on his shoulders, it had gotten so long, his green eyes were a bit blood shot and his mouth held a sly grin.
"I was waiting for you, you know?" He said grinning like a Cheshire Cat.
I just shrugged my shoulders and pushed past him making my way inside. I made my way to the living room to see who was here and on the couch sat Louis and an unknown girl. Alcohol bottles were lying around the room, some on the couch, some on the floor and some were on the tv.
Why was a girl here? Harry never spoke to females, now he had one that'd I never met before here.
"Venice!" Louis cheered and left the girl sitting on the couch.
He ran over to me and laughed, he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.
"Louis stop! How drunk are you!" I shouted as I gently bashed my fists into his back.
"Harry's even drunk then me, trust me." He smiled and put me down.
"Drunk? Who's drunk?" Harry laughed as he joined me and Louis.
"You, dickweed." Louis laughed and wrapped his arm around Harry's neck.
"Oh right." Harry said and looked over at the girl on the couch, he squinted his eyes a little but ignored her.
He didn't want her here.
"Aye now we have another person we can play that game." Louis shouted happily.
"What game?"
"Spin the bottle." Harry cheered.
I frowned as Harry was excited to play a game that involved kissing and me being the only girl he'd spoken to in years, he'd expect me to kiss him. But what if he spun the bottle and it landed on the girl, he'd freak. I can't play the game anyway, I can't go behind Calum's back and kiss anyone.
"Harry Louis, I think we should play a game that doesn't involve anyone locking lips." I tried to reason with them but they looked over at me and frowned slightly.
"Why not Ven?" Harry asked as he put his arm around Louis as well.
"Boyfriend and you're drunk, what happens if the bottle lands on the girl over there Harry?" I said quietly so the girl that was playing on her phone didn't notice we were talking.
"Oh, yeah."
Louis let out a huff and frowned at Harry as he agreed with him, he removed Harry's arm around him and his arm around Harry as well and crossed his arm over his chest, pouting at Harry. It made me smile seeing these two interact, they're so close with each other that if you didn't know them you'd think they were gay.
They were best friends and they've been close ever since Harry arrived here.
"Harry." Louis whined and Harry giggled.
"Come on Lou we'll play another game." Harry said wrapping his arm around Louis again.
Louis let out a smile and clapped his hands together, "let's play have I ever!" He cheered and ran out of Harry's arms towards the girl sitting on the couch, he dropped down next to the brunette girl, wrapping his arm around her and whispering something into her ear.
"Who is she Harry?" I asked looking up at Harry.
"Indy, Louis' slut." He answered and shook his head.
The girl looked over at Harry with a frown on her stupid face, she'd heard what he'd said and was upset. God, get over it, Harry hates everyone. Even in his drunk state of mind he's still able to ignore girls, what happened to him?
He didn't seem like a very truthful drunk so I don't think I was getting any answers from him today, or ever. Whenever I even tried to ask why he only spoke to me he would ignore the question or get upset with me.
Harry getting drunk could be a good thing but also bad, who really knows.

I'm sooooo sorry for this being so Joey and shit buut I just wanted to post something for you guys.
Oh and btw my otra concert is in 2 days like omfg I can't even.
This is gonna be great.
Sorry for this being shit but yeah just a filler, also I have started school again so I won't be able to post as much but I'll try.
