Cardcaptors and Pokémon Collide!

Chapter 4: The Pokémon World!

"Umm, we don't get out much?" Sakura said, noticing Ash's expression. "Umm what is a Pokémon?" Madison asked. Ash was shocked at their ignorance. How could someone not know about Pokémon?! Ash replied, "Well they're creatures that can use moves and you can catch them and train them. There are different types of Pokémon and different species. There are also legendary Pokémon that people rarely see." "What do you mean by types and moves?" Sakura asked. "I mean like water, grass and fire. And that question you asked before about what's the thing sitting on my shoulder. Well this is pikachu an electric type. By moves, I mean like this." Ash explained.

"Pikachu thunderbolt!" Ash commanded. "Pikachuuu!" A bolt of lightning came from pikachu's body and hit a tree. "Pikachu iron tail and then volt tackle." Ash commanded. "Pika pika pika chupi! Pika pika pika pika chuuuu!" Pikachu used iron tail on a tree and then volt tackle. "Those are moves. There are different types of them. For example.." Ash took out his pokeballs and said, "Come on out everybody!" Dragonite, riolu, farfetch'd, and gengar came out. "Gengar use shadow ball! Dragonite, dragon claw! Riolu, vacuum wave! Farfetch'd, air slash!" Ash commanded. All his Pokémon used the following moves. "There are different types moves that a Pokémon can learn. They can also learn moves that aren't of they're type. For example, pikachu knows iron tail, a steel type move, but pikachu's an electric type. Some Pokémon can also have more than one type, like Dragonite, who is a flying and dragon type." Ash returned his Pokémon.

The Cardcaptors looked in awe at the demonstrations and listened to what Ash was saying. "So where are you from?" Ash asked. "Err, that's personal information. Just a sec." Sakura said. She turned to her friends and whispered, "This is getting out of hand, what should we do?" "Well you could put him to sleep and then erase his memory." Kero suggested. "That's a good idea Kero." Madison whispered. "Then use the float card to bring him back to his friends, and I'll use the time card so they won't notice." Li said. "Ok." Sakura said. But pikachu heard their plans and it ran into the forest, not knowing exactly what they were talking about, but was sensing trouble.

Sakura took out her key and said, "Key of clow, power magic, power of light, surrender the wand, the force ignite! Release!" The key got longer and turned into a staff. "What was that?!" Ash asked in shock. "I'm sorry but I have to do this." Sakura said. She took out a card and said, "Sleep Card, put this stranger to sleep! Release and dispell!" The sleep card came out in it's true form and spread the sleeping dust on Ash. "Wha.." Ash said as he drifted off to sleep. Sakura took out another card and said, "Memory Card, erase this boy's memory of ever meeting us! Release and dispell!" The memory card came out in it's true form, and spread around Ash's body. Then it got off, and Ash's memory had been erased.

Sakura took out another card and said, "Float Card carry this boy to where we go! Float Card!" The card came out and it carried Ash where Sakura led it. Pikachu followed them unnoticed. Sakura went over to the place she last saw Ash's friends. "Force know my plight, release the light! Time Card, freeze the moment for the group of the boy's friends!" Li said. The time card froze their moment and the Float Card floated Ash over to his friends. Li unfroze time and Sakura and her friends left the park. Pikachu ran over to Ash.

"Phew. Now that that's over with, we have to find a way home." Kero said. "Try asking the Dimension Card to bring us back to our dimension." Li suggested. Sakura took out a card and said, "Dimension Card return us to our dimension! Release and dispell!" The card came out and created a bright flash, but when it was over they found themselves in the same place. "Hmm. Maybe it's like the Change Card, and we have to wait 24 hours." Madison said. "Well if that is the case, then we're going to need somewhere to stay." Meilin said.
