The crying from the woman became a loud shriek. Mortified, the woman stepped away from the corpse of her daughter.

"IT'S TAMAKI!" She yelled in despair.

"Tamaki? It's Tamaki?!" Katsuyama said, apparently knowing who she was talking about, and also becoming afraid.

"Don't come near me! I'm sorry! Don't come near me! Don't come near me!" She walked away from everyone but was afraid of only one thing, the corpse.    The medicine seller kneeled beside the dead bride, wanting to inspect it and trying to figure out what Mizue saw, but the sound of the scales made it impossible to do two things at the same time.

"Shit!" He yelled, after realizing that the demon did indeed break the barrier. He tried to stand up, but the hand of the bride stopped him, growing nails every second that passed.

"What the?" He said, not knowing what was happening either.   The woman began to scream even louder at the door, she began tapping it like a maniac, wanting to open it but not having the force to do so.

"Come in here!" The light-haired man shouted to Mizue, ordering indirectly that she mustn't open the door. "Come in here quickly!"

Odajima and Sato, who were in the same part of the room that Mizue was, obeyed the orders of the medicine seller.   Mizue continued to scream, and this time tried to open the door, but only achieved getting a blood-like color on the charms.

The door opened wide, and an image of thousands of cats was visible. A woman covered in white walked above them, and then, turned to face them.

"You demon!" Katsuyama screamed, holding his unfolded katana.  The servant struck, and tried to hit the demon, but was stopped by the medicine seller, who shouted to him, to try and save him.  Then, the woman lifted a bit of her finger, and when she stopped, a giant bloody mass erupted from the corridor, engulfing Mizue and Katsuyama.

" You Bake Neko!" The medicine seller yelled, angered. And with his magic, closed the door. But, it wasn't enough, the mass was able to eat the barrier and began engulfing the mysterious man's hands.

Not knowing what to do, Odajima tried to stab the demon, but in response, his katana was destroyed to the end of where he stabbed it.

" Have a taste of this salt!" Kato screamed, and shoved the jar of salt into the bloody wall, saving everybody.  The eyes became square shaped and then, they began to move uncontrollably. The salt had made its effect and the demon disappeared.

"Oh Kayo, you are so clever!" Shinju hugged her friend while giving her lots of compliments for her intelligence.

"Why are you so angry? What is your Kotowari?" The man spoke, maintaining his angered facade. He then threw a new set of paper to the wall that was previously opened and let the demon enter. "What is your Makoto?"

"Is that demon the Bake Neko?" "Yes." "Yoshiaki and Katsuyama have died?" "Most likely." Sato's cries were heard once again. It truly was a terrifying moment, and they wouldn't have got away alive if it wasn't for Kayo.

"What a pity, but I don't hold a grudge. " Yoshikuni said. "If you want to bare a grudge, bare a grudge against that Bake Neko."

"It will be sure satisfying when I see you dead in the ground." The pearled girl spoke in a threatening way, causing Kayo to try and calm her friend.

"Who is that? That was part of the Makoto and a representation of the Kotowari." The medicine seller spoke in his slow characteristic way, but his face held a frown. "The mistress called her Tamaki earlier, none of you know anything about that girl?" A sudden jolt made the group unsteady.
