AN: Here's the next chapter, sorry for the wait and thank you for all the votes and those who commented :) After this one and the next chapter updates will be a little more slow than usual as they are the last chapters I have prewritten, and I do not have a lot of time to write right now. I am also going back to the previous chapters to edit some as I have noticed some spelling mistakes, etc.

Anyway hope you enjoy and please continue voting and commenting to let me know as I love to hear from you guys :)

Elinor was stood in the kitchen of Emily and Sam's small but cosy home, the boys were out on patrol or doing god knows what. Carol had left for a double shift early that morning and Elinor was not to keen on spending her Sunday alone so she made her way over to the reservation. Emily had greeted her happily when Elinor had walked into the kitchen, the woman was busy cooking up a storm but turned away from her work to greet the blonde teen. She immediately pulled her into a hug and asked her how she was doing since the last time they had seen each other. Elinor answered she was fine, still a little embarrassed about the way she had reacted when she found out about werewolves but Emily reassured her it was all fine and normal. Elinor was also still embarrassed about the whole seizure situation that occurred only a few weeks ago and despite Emily telling her she shouldn't worry about it the blonde noticed that the quiluete women was giving her worried glances every few minutes. They sat down for a while talking and drinking some tea before they moved on to do some more baking and cooking as the boys would be back soon and in desperate need of food. They held a comfortable conversation while they baked both happy to be sort go back to normal. Elinor was mixing the dough for some cookies which were an old family recipe from her mom she used to always make when she was younger. She wondered if Sam still remembered them, hoping he did, she was feeling rather nostalgic and the smell of the cookies didn't really help. She was still trying to figure out exactly why her parents and aunt had argued so badly 6 years ago and while she wondered if it may be about the tribes secrets she was still determined to figure it out. She had asked her aunt and even tried to guilt trip her but it hadn't worked so her next step was look in their attic for any clues. The sound of loud voices broke her out of her memories and she smiled as she saw Sam walk in closely followed by Paul and Jared. Embry trailed behind a little but greeted her happily anyway, he was still a little uneasy with the whole transformation but he was slowly getting used to it. Sam went straight to Emily as he always did while Jared went for the cookies on the table. Elinor shook her head at his antics, turning to Paul who was already looking at her, he scanned her body frowning when he saw a bandaid on her finger "I cut it on some glass by accident don't worry about it." She explained making him nod and finally hugging her and sitting down. He grabbed a cookie and ate it in a few bites, Sam, who was also eating one of the cookies, stopped mid bite to look at Elinor "Are these...?" He asked "The cookies my mum used to make?" She finished giving him a short nod, a sad smile on her face " I found the recipe yesterday and wanted to try them out." She elaborated, twirling one of the cookies in her hands, Sam got an equally sad look in his eyes and sat down next to the blonde, putting an arm around her. Despite Paul knowing Sam was engaged and saw Elinor like a little sister he couldn't help feeling a little jealous, he wished he had the kind of history with the girl like Sam did before he had imprinted on her. He was scared that when he told her the truth about imprinting she would reject him and blame his imprint for actually even liking her. They were slowly growing closer again especially after the revelation and her most recent seizure and he didn't want to ruin that. He was still terrified of her seizures especially as he couldn't do anything about it and just watch while she struggled. Elinor had been afraid that Paul's secret and her second seizure would break them and he would ignore her but they had actually grown closer. Paul was always looking after her and close with her to the point he was almost becoming clingy, which she honestly preferred to being ignored. She would never admit it out loud especially not to Paul and Sam but the Cullen's leaving and Bella ignoring her for months to only talk to her when it was convenient to the brunette hurt, it hurt a lot more than she was willing to admit and discuss with anyone. So Paul and the others were a very welcome distraction from her mind and the lonely days at Forks high school.
