Wish you seen me the same but they all in pursuit of you so what am I to do Cupid's aim is on you should I beat his ass because I know ain't no claiming you.
Others have tried but you could never accept it so what makes me think I'm different sometimes it's just hard to accept it.
Maybe it's the love that you lost maybe you still in love maybe it's the love for the streets daps n hugs from thugs.
Makes me wonder what you need what you want is what I'm asking what I want doesn't matter why I'm writing this with laughter.
Laughing at myself tryna focus but a mess tryna not to stress you or myself my brain n heart is at test.
And I don't even think you notice hard to think you don't care but your actions n your words makes things all so clear.
Where we went wrong nags at me a lot was it lies to protect my feelings or you wanted to keep me in the dark hoping flames wouldn't spark while you played me like a mark.
Or is it real love we both fighting neither one wants to concede but I'm in need to know where we stand this week.
Mixed messages n signals disappearing acts and flipping in your spare time do you work as a magician?
Not to be self righteous I don't have it all right yet but I had you in my plans just help me understand where we stand!?!
