Ghostly Friend (Fundy and Dream)

This is not a ship, like I announced that I won't do shipping anymore

So this au is sorta like a fantasy au

Some people would be granted a ghost friend. There could be some hidden reason why those people have a ghostly friend or no reason at all

This is just some idea that popped up, so sometimes it might not make sense lol, also Fundy human but has a fox tail and fox ears pog because he's a furry- WAIT NOT THE TNT NO-

Dream walked around the forest, quietly and steadily. He was holding on a bow in his hand, ready to attack.

What was he doing exactly, well, hunting actually. Not for men, no he isn't going to kill anyone of course, Dream just needed to get help get food for his town's big festival. Which was special, since his town didn't plan any events at all. Only Christmas was the only event that ever happened.

Right now, Dream had a song stuck in his head again. It was that one song that he heard his friend Wilbur Soot singing in the streets.

At 2am to be exact.

Dream didn't complain, because it was quite a lovely song he was playing. How did it go again?

"You're pouting in your sleep." Dream sang quietly, fiddling with the bow string. " I'm waking, still yawning."

Dream began humming the next line when he heard a pig near by. He sprinted quietly to a tree near by, and peeked out to find out that there is a pig.

"That romance, is boring." Dream whispered. "Still there are things that I can do..."

Dream snatched an arrow from his back and fixed his position.

"If I was half prepared to."

Dream aimed.

"Prove each other that romance-"

"IS BORING!"

Dream was immediately cut off guard. The arrow went flying, alerting the pig to run away as quickly as possible.

Dream groaned in frustration, since he knew who it was.

"Fundy!" Dream looked over to his ghost friend, who was giggling like a child and flying around him. "Why do you have to do that now!?"

"I just wanted to say hi!" Fundy swooshed past him, leaving a very cold gust of wind behind him, making Dream shiver a bit.

Dream sighed and followed Fundy silently.

"So what were you doing in the forest anyways?" Fundy stopped and asked. "Also how's the new mask?"

"The mask is great, I was trying to hunt for some food for the festival I told you about a few days ago." Dream walked past by him. "But then ya made the food ran away."

Fundy chuckled and immediately followed him.

"Guess you can call It-"

"No, don't say it-"

"FAST food!?" Fundy laughed like a maniac while watching Dream's disappoinment showing.

"Those food aren't even good anyways, too much salt." Dream heard a pig from near by again. "There's a pig again, now I want you to shush this time."
