"A girl is now truly no one..."
Medusa Meer playfully tosses her son up into the air, catching him again. Eden giggles. "Me too, Mommy." "You are getting a bit too heavy for this, my little snake... But alright." She tosses and twirls Avalon, laughing with both her children. "My queen.. there are intruders." Immediately the eyes of the woman harden considerably. "Mommy..", Avalon whimpers. "It is alright, my precious.. Bring them to my chambers. Position guards in front of the doors. Where are they from?" Avalon and Eden are quickly carried away, leaving her with the men. "Essos. A single man." Medusas heartbeat begins to quicken.
Pulling up her skirts she runs past the guards, her feet flying through the hallways of her castle, not stopping until she stands before the man. Green eyes stare into brown ones and she knows instinctively. "You're not him...", she breathes with disappointment. "My sword." "Here, my queen." She freezes, turning around to the guard. Dropping her sword to the ground as instead she reaches for the unfamiliar man's face. "My love..", she breathes, her eyes filling with tears. "It's really you." The man reaches for his face, pulling it off and she looks into those familiar blue eyes. He smiles. "A man has fulfilled his duty. The faceless god has given him free." Jumping into his arms Medusa Meer laughs with pure happiness, her crown tumbling down to the tiled floor. He catches her weight with his arms, kissing her cheek, then her lips. "You have another son. His name is Eden.", she tells him, making the man's eyes light up. "Truly, my love?" Medusa nods, smiling, then her face falls. "Do you know this man?" Jaqen stares at him, shaking his head. "No." "I came here to ask for help for the high lords of Pentos. Daenerys Targaryen is freeing the slaves and robbing your lordly father of.." With a low thump the head of the man rolls over the floor. "I shit on you losing your slaves, your rights as masters.", she spits, kicking his head away from her. "Get rid of this scum. Matos will never stand as supporters of slave keepers. Just because I was born to a master does not mean I will save them from the burning house they set aflame themselves.", she scoffs. The guards nod. "Yes, your highness. Welcome back." The last words are directed at Jaqen who nods slightly. Turning to him Medusa places her hands against his chest. "Now that you will stay forever... Will you be my king?", she asks him. He smiles. "If my queen does still desire her man to be her husband." "I can not think of anything I want more." He smiles. "Then I will marry you, my beautiful queen." Medusas heart skips a beat and she sinks into his arms. "Let us go to our children. I had them quickly hidden away when I was informed of an intruder." Jaqen hums, his hand holding hers as she leads their way to her chambers, sending off the guards and entering. "Mommy!" Avalon freezes in his movement before tearing up. "Daddy! Daddy!" He jumps into the man's arms and Eden hurriedly hobbles towards his mother. "My sweet little snake. Meet your daddy.", she smiles and the little boy reaches out to Jaqen who takes him with his other arm. Kissing the heads of his little sons and his future wifes lips he allows the dark haired woman to slide behind him and wrap her arms around his middle. She hides her face against his back to disguise the fact that she is crying from her two sons. However she does so from relief, from happiness. She was so glad, so indescribably glad that he was there with them. That he very obviously loves their two children as much as she does. That she was no longer forced to constantly be strong for their entire family, the entire Kingdom. She knows that never again she would have to face the hurt of the world alone. He was back and he was to stay. They linger in their position for a moment and at that very moment the faceless man comes to a conclusion about his life. A man's name is Jaqen H'gar. And he was finally home. That night, with their sons sleeping in the room beside them he holds her tighter than he had ever before held someone, his face buried in the crook of her neck.
"Can a man speak to his future wife about his past?" Medusa shifts so that she can look into his eyes before nodding. "Tell me anything you ever want to say and I will always be here to listen." He smiles.
"A man was born to a whore and a customer in Braavos. His mother could not afford him so he lived on the streets until he too became a slave. He came to Pentos and into the house Meer to work. But there he came face to face with a young princess only a few years younger than him who helped him escape. His escape led him back to Braavos and to the house of black and white where he was taught to leave behind titles and names, to become a weapon." The deep green eyes have widened as she remembers her early youth and the slave boy her age she had snuck out of the city and given enough money to flee. It had been him all along. "A man heard of the Serpent Queen when she had killed her husband but when he heard of her name bring Medusa Meer he came to see the girl who had saved him for himself. And she had become stunningly beautiful and a man is glad to have earned her love. He can never repay the debt he ows her... But he will try." Medusa cups his cheeks. "All this time it was you..." She laughs softly as tears rise in her eyes. "I was in love with you as a little girl and I fell for you again as a grown up woman. Jaqen.. I can not put into words how much you mean to me. And I want you to stay with me forever. I want to live my childhood dreams of serenity, true love and a large, caring family. I love you. I love you so much." She cries softly, a smile on her lips and he brushes her tears away. "You saved me because you loved me..?" "What you love let go, so the saying goes, doesn't it?" He kisses her lips, nose, lids, cheeks, forehead, pulling her into his chest. "Whatever you want I will give you." "I want to stay in your arms." He smiles. "Then so you shall."
