chapter 1: new light

Ghost POV:
I float around on what remains of the cosmodrome, i scan lifeless bodies hoping to find my guardian, i stop at a female exo with purple and orange markings, "ah i found you!" I say out loud excitedly, as i scan the soon to be alive exo guardian,
I start to resurrect my guardian for the first time and i feel excited!
My guardians body starts to float into the air as the light flows into her body,
I hear her gasp for the first time as she lands to her feet,
"W-who are you, where.. where am i?" She said with panic in her voice, clearly not knowing whats going on,
"Dont worry, your in a safe place, so you have nothing to fear! Oh, wait i forgot to introduce myself,
I am your ghost, and i'll be by your side from now on and forever!" I tell her in a excited voice,
"So... can you remember your name?" I ask with curiosity,
"Um.... An...Annica-03!!" She says with excitement in her voice,
"Okay annica, lets get you to a guardian who can get us to the last city," i tell her,
She nods as i demateralize into her,
"Wha- where did you go!?" She says with a panic,
"Dont worry, im in your head at the moment, you can pull out your hand and i'll materialize outside of your head," i explain to her
She nods and stumbles forward, almost falling but she manages to gain her balance and explore the cosmodrome,

--Annica-03 POV--
I walk down the abandoned roads of this place look around with awe, i stumble across an old gun, i cant read the letters on the side,
"Thats a old russian hand cannon, it looks like it still works, lets find something to test it on shale we" ghost says with a chuckle, i laugh a little with him as i pick up my first gun,
We continue walking forwards untell we encounter a blocked pathway, with, red and black.. stuff on it, my ghost materializes and scans it,
"Hmm, im not sure what this stuff... is... i'd be careful with this stuff,"

"Okay... lets turn around and find ano-" i get cut off as we hear distant gun shots,
"Annica run the other direction now!" My ghost says as he dematiralizes,
I start to run as a explosion is heard behind me, i dodge behind a abandoned vehicle i think, but i do not care its cover, i look to my right and see a large alien covered with the red stuff on the door run past us, then i see two guardians, jump past me as well,
"Sky! You continue to chase him, i'll attack from the front got it?" The stranger said to his friend,
"Got it!" He responded,
And before i know it i see the black and red guardian jump into a building, as the other one lured it torwards him,
"Follow them, quickly!" My ghost said to me in a whispering voice, so i get up and follow the black and gold guardian, which was chasing that thing i saw,
I turn around the corner to see the black and red one tackle the thing and killed it,
"Nice one Darja," the guardian says as he pats his pal on the back,
"Heh, i did do most of the work after all, but you did help here and there," the black and red one says as they both laugh with each other,
"Hey, look at what we have here,"
The black and golden one says as he looks my way,
"Hm looks like a new light to me, so shall we introduce our selfs my old friend,?"

"Well, my name is Darja-6, and im a Hunter, and this know it all is Sky-1, hes a warlock," he says,

"Umm...Hi...my name..is um....annica..03..." i say to them awkwardly,

"Hey, how bout i lend to you my ship so that way we can get you to the tower," darja asked,

"Th-thatd be nice.." i say as i grab my other arm,
"Okay, well theres no need to be shy, we're your new friends!," darja says excitedly,
"Well, we're also the first friends she'll have other than her ghost," sky says,

"Welp kiddies lets get a move on then, and no need to be salty that i made the first friendship move and you didnt," darja says to echo with a laugh,

Two ships apear in the air above us, a black and red one with eight engines i think and the other a black and gold one, with six engines,
The next thing i know im in a ship, and i hear someone land ontop of the ship above me,
"Okay, Annica let the ship do the flying, it has auto pilot, which already has the cords punched in thanks to pibb," darja says from the ships intercoms,

"Sky, Annica lets go," he says with enthusiasm,
"Darja, the last time you did that it was with me, and it didnt end well for you," sky says to him with worry,
"Last time i didnt hold on, this time i will!," darja responds to him with a small cackle and obviously fake agitation,
And before we know it we make our way to the tower at '500 MPH' my ghost tells me, i hear scraping metal above me, and the next thing i hear over the coms is
"Umm sky.. its happening again!!" Darja says as i no longer hear metal scraping above the ship,

"Oh for the love of the traveller darja" sky says with a small laugh and a sigh of disappointment,

"Come on Annica lets go find him," he says as he starts to turn around, i some how manage to get the ship to turn around and follow sky,

"Well time to go find our new friends" my ghost says..
