Chaper 15: Reunited,

--darja pov--

"Hmm Rift, how long till she'll be up and running again?" I ask with nervousness
"In a few minutes, she'll be back to normal, but she'll be in a panic when she wakes, soo.... take cover," he says still healing her, igyu at this point has dispersed into air, i decide to look around and i notice a blackish tint in the snow, i walk over and bend down on one knee and wipe the snow off of it, i looks like, a blackish red wormhusk crown, a crown that was made from a hive god name Xul,
I pick up the helment and i equip it, i flip my hood over the helment and i hear rift counting down, so i turn around facing annica, rift disappears as annica wakes up gasping in shock,
She looks down at her hands and then at the area around her, then at me,
"Who, who are you... and where am i..?" She asks more frightened than a little kid durring festival of the lost,
"Hey calm down, its me! Darja! See!" I say to her as i take off the helment,
"Da-Darja,..? I thought you were dead...." she says confused and still a little frightened, i walk over to her, get on my knees and i give her a warm hug, on this dead ice moon,
"Darja... where.... is... everyone...?" She ask worringly,
I sigh and respond with,
"Im not sure... i havnt had anycontact with anyone since.... and My ghost hasnt picked up any radio chatter,"

"Hey, Darja, where is your ghost?"
I stop, trying to come up with something that happened to pibb, that made rift, ah i know!
"Well...... He..... was.... destroyed..... and then.... a shadow of him was created, which is who i call rift," i say in sadden responce as rift apears,
"Hello, i am rift, i am whats known as a shadow, or phantom to you lightbearers, a.k.a a dark ghost!" He says excitedly,
"Who.... killed....Pibb..?" She ask sounding saddened,
"He was overwhelmed by darkness and shattered himself...." i trail off, rift    perks up,
"Shit, we have company! And we need to move! Its fuckin vex if you didnt notice!" He says with absolute terror,
"Well, then this is where we go!" I say to annica as i put my crown of sorrow  back on, i pull out my thorn and grab annicas hand, i summon my sparrow and i feel her hold on to me tightly as we spead off to light knows where...

I open my eyes to a lit room and some glass.. i think infront of my face.., i.. i feel like i've been here before... the only thing i remember... is..... a face...and.... and a journal in a desk somewhere..... I suddenly see something open infront of me, and i can see the room more clearly, i walk out of what ever im in onto the metalic floor, i hear metal hit metal, and i look at my hands, which.... is metal.... i think im entirely made of metal, i jump back in suprise as i hear a voice out of no where,
"Hello, i am the facility AI, and my job is to prepair you for your one and only job, hunting down the dregen yor's," the feminine voice says,
I look around and i see an sign apear and say, 'mission breifing this way'
I head that way imeditly on instinct,
I walk into a more dark room and i see a moniter turn online and a blue man apear on the screen, he starts to speak,
"Hello, my name is Commander Zavala, i am the leader of the vangaurd, as of right now there is one or more dregen yor's in excistance, and your job is to kill them, the image or images that is about to apear are the men and or women you must slaughter, the reason you are supost to kill the dregens is that they are guardian killers, and darkness weilders, you are more then fit to kill a dregen yor, now, your name is now
Hunter-1X,   Hunter-1X you have been tasked with killing this dregen yor," Commander Zavala says to me as a image of a red and black exo, apears on the monitor,
"I now know what i must do, Commander Zavala, i will kill any and all dregen yor's" i say inresponce as i make my way out of the room into a room called armoury and gear up for my new mission...
