Chapter 11: test fire

--darja pov--
Its been a few hours after my speach, and well, i feel kinda nervous about what i did, about creating a new vanguard, which we now need to have our first meeting,
"Hey Darja, where are you, we're at the meeting, we're now waiting on you" saint says over my comms, i sigh and respond to him with,
"Okay, okay, okay, Im on my way Saint just be patience," i tell him as i make my way over to the meeting, i finaly find the damned meeting area and i open the door to see sky pacing back and forth and saint tapping his fingers impatiently, i sigh and ask,
"Okay, sooo whats this about, i was gonna meet up with sime guardians and-"
"Darja, We need to find out who we're gonna put into these teams," saint says with hints of annoyance,
"Yeah... Darja You made the right choices in that speach, but like saint said we need people for these teams well trained guardians in fact," sky says as he goes back to pacing back and forth, i cross my arms and sigh as i lean against a corner,
"Well, i could lead the third team, sky you can lead the distraction team with annica, and Saint you can lead the other team, and we can choose guardians we know are the best, so i there isnt anything else, im gonna go test out my gun," i tell them as i get ready to leave,
"Darja, before you go, we have one more issue to speak of," saint says to me with arrogance, i turn to him and ask
"Okay, so what is it?"
"The fact we dont know where or who this kell is, for all we know it could be taniks, could be eramis resurrected hell it probaly isnt even a fallen!" Saint says as he start to raise his voice,
"Saint calm down, please, not here, not now," sky says to him calmly as i put my hand on my gun,
Saint sighs and sits back down,
"My friends im... im sorry, im just saddened and enraged by the death of so many friends...." he says with sadness,
"Darja... You may go now.. Theres no more issues to talk about, and before you both ask, im going to fine.. i just need to relax my friends.."
"Okay saint, just get to feelin better," i say as he passes me by,
I look to sky and he signals me to leave, usually when he does that its for some warlock stuff.. so i turn and make my way to around the makeshift base, i still need to fill up my team, i sigh as i stumble into someone,
"HEY! Watch where ya goin'!" He says in a very agresive tone,
"Sorry, wont happen again.... wait arnt you the guy who went into a fallen ship and made the whole damn thing crash?" I ask with worry, cause if he is that guy, then i might be fucked... we both lock eyes with eachother, i get ready for a fight, but he just takes a deep breath, and walks away, i start to hear someone run my way so i turn and i see ana rushing torwards me,
"Hey! Darja!" She says as she heads to a stop infront of me,
"Ana, Nice to see you again, umm are you okay? Do you need a breather?" I ask with slight concern but she brushes it off like nothing,
"Nah, just came by to say nice job with the speach, and that also my sister, really wants to see you, well any who i gotta get back to rasputin, i think i might be able to reactivate him this time!" She says as she rushes torwards her engineering lab, hmm, i wonder what elsie wants from me this time.. eh, i'll find out when i get there..

--a 15 minute walk later--

As I make my way apon elsie's room, i hear some commotion down the hall,
I decide to go investigate, as i get closer the more audible it gets... it sounds like.... a fight is going on, i open the door stoping me from what ever is making this noise, and i see....
