chapter 8: Alone

--Darja POV--
As we fly our way over to the old awoken base that spider is currently held up in,..
I wonder how were gonna take back.... no how am i going to take back the traveller,... I could kill their leader, and disable that net, but im not sure how im going to be able too, my thoughts get broken as i hear noise break the static, a female voice can be heard through the static,
"Hello--- is someon--- there---- if so---- head----  city---- dont trust----- spi--r" she says as the comms return to static,
"Hey guys.. you... hear that...?" Sky ask with worry,
"SHIT TAKE EVASIVE MANEUVERS!! ITS A TRAP!!" Sky hollars to us,

"Guys go these cords i have a plan!" I say to them with eagerness,
"Just dont do something stupid!" Annica says with worry, 
" Dont worry, i wont" i say to her with warmth,

I turn my ship around to see what im facing and i see a portion of the slpiced house fleet, i see fighters leave their large ketch and start shooting at me,
I manage to dodge their shots, but they keep coming, i go the opposite way from annica and sky,
"Darja... We're almost out of fuel!" Pibb says aleartingly,
"Shit..how much longer till we stay afloat..?" I ask
"Seven minutes"pibb responded with worry,
"Good" i say to him,
I feel the ship shake as red alarms go off, i notice the fuel lodge and its at zero.. so long for seven fucking minutes, i feel the ship starting to go down for a crash landing,
I flip a swict on the comms
"Hey... Hun you know how you said dont do something stupid, well, im out of fuel and my ship is crashing, i have a idea on how to survive, but dont search for me, i'll find you, i promise,..." i say as i flick off the radio, and creat stasis around me in a protective bubble, and i brace for impact, i close my eyes and inhale, as i do, i imagine annica and sky, Dallas therma and cayde, sloan, hell all the ones i might lose and the ones ive lost,... I jerk back as i feel the ship hit the ground, when the ship finaly stops moving, i summon my silence, and squal, i break out of the protective bubble and toss my silence and squal at two patrol ships, freezeing one and sending one crashing down from the tornado, i start to run to the right across this bumpy terrain, I'm forced to a stop as i see a captain infront of me, I pull out two stasid shards which starts to make my hands colder then Europa, i run over to the captain and i punch him the head, send him down to the ground with a frozen head, i see  to siva infested vandals as i turn behind me, and they start shooting somekind of stasis and siva infest wire rifles, a deadly combo, i roll out of the way and use the captains corpse to block their shots, i pull out two shurakins at them, one hits but the second one missed bounched back and hit the captains body, i lift the body up and i start to rush the vandal, i pull out my knife and when i get close enough i toss the body at the vandal, i roll behind him and stab him in the neck, i move out of the way and the two bodys land with a thud, i start to walk the way i waa going because pibb set up a waypoint there,

--an hour later--

I've been walking for what feels like hours i finaly decide to pay attention to the surrounding area, i... i dont reconise it,.. i put my hand up my my helm and i hear static and then a friendly voice
"HOLY SHIT DARJA ARE YOU OKAY!?!?" Annica hollered into the comms with worry,
"Hey im fine, um where are you guys at?" I ask
"Umm we're at the new base, its awoken, and petra is here too!" Annica says with slight excitment,
"Okay i'll be there soo-" i get cut off as i hear a wire rifle go off and then a sharp pain in my left shoulder, i grunt and i quickly look for cover, i spot a cave entrance and i rush to it, dodging shots barley, i slide into the cave which takes me into a drop off, which leads to a conseald platform, i brace for impact, i try to do a roll but i somehow turn and land on my left arm, jacking it up and ruining that shoulder even more, i roll on my back and i look up to where i just fell from, i notice something falling but it takes me a few seconds to late its a rock aim at my head, i get hit in the head with the rock, it broke my helment and rolled off to my right, i roll onto my frontside and i use my legs and my right arm to get me up to my feet, I grab my broken helmet and i toss it onto the cold rocky ground, i pull the hood of my cloak over my head, to atleast give me some shade, i take a look at my left arm, i try to move it, but its not working anymore, it doesnt look that bad on the outside, but im sure that the innerworkings are totaly fucked, i sigh and i start to look for a way out of here, i look around and i find a rocky sloped area leading to a cave i think,
"Darja....we're not alone..." pibb says warningly, i hear the fallen chattering behind me, not to far, so i start to book it to the cave, i reach the jaged slope and i start to climb up im able to reach the cave, but not before i start getting shot at by the shitlords known as vandals, i grunt in pain a little as they hit me in the back a few times with their shots, i start to crawl in the entrance to a larger portan of the cave, i see a the exit, but not before i see a comms relay, i slide on down to it and i start to configure with its controls i puntch it to my fireteams privat comm system,
"Hello does anyone copy, i need some help here, my cords are being broadcasted with this message, please come get me.... I will Survive!" I say to the radio as i send that message, i pull out pibb and he heals my arm to the beat he could, at least i can use it again, mostly except for the hand, so i turn it into a stasis dagger, i walk out side to see a few fallen ships leaving the area, i see one crash down near me, the next thing i see is awoken ships blasting down the fallen ships,
I see one awoken transport ship land infront of the cave im in, i look down to my left arm and i break the stasis dagger on it, destroying the hand in the process,
"Hey, we caught hold of that broadcast, come with us now please!" The Awoken Soulder said to me, i nod and i make my way into the transport unit,
"Hey.. thanks for finding me..." i say to her,
"Hey, dont thank me, thank that hunter, she gave us your cords" she says as she point to....?
