chapter 2: the fallen,

--darja pov--

I slowly rise up to my ghost, pibb reserrecting me from my impact somewhere in the edz,
"Hey Darja, we have no comms out here, and im getting masive SIVA Spikes around here, which... is odd...." pibb says with worry,
"Well looks like im in for a treat," i say as i pull out the ace of spades, the exotic hand canon of the late cayde-6
I start walking in a direction, and before i know it, im picking up movement on my tracker, and before long i'm starting to see movement all around and before long i see a SIVA infested house of dark vandal, i ready my sight and take a quick shot, it drops dead but more start to come out of the ground and walls, and before i know it, im sliding down into a fallen base, i momentarily hear zavala say something but i dont know what,
I land of my feet and look around to .y horror to see the house of darkness banner merged with the hold house of devils, and house of salvation banner,
"What.. the fuck...?" I say outloud,
Pibb remains silent as i hear a fallen speaking on a comms system, it says
"MY ELIXNI BROTHERS AND SISTERS, I KINDRIX NEW KELL OF KELLS HAVE  COMBINED THE BROKEN HOUSE OF DEVILS; HOUSE OF DARKNESS; HOUSE OF SALVATION; AND HOUSE OF DUSK! WE WILL TAKE OVER THE LIGHT BEARERS WORLD AND DESTROY THEIR DYING MACHINE GOD!" The so called kell of kells proclaims, and before we know it, every single fallen chears out loud with a taste of blood,
"Darja, we gotta leave, now!" Pibb tells me, i agree and i get ready to find a way out, i see skiffs go through a portal of sorts, made by SIVA and elixni tech, i look around and see a ledge i can jump onto a skiff with, so i make my way over there but im stoped by a blazing loud alarm and a redish white flood light aimed right ontop of me,
"Ah shit..." i say out loud as i dodge behind some cover, i hear a lot of fallen rush my way, so i pull out my stassis grenade and i jump over the wall covering me, i toss it and a ice infested wall of darkness apears infront of me as i rush to the right, i triple jump over a wide and deep gap, and land on the other side but that doesnt stop them from shooting at me, i manage to dodge most of their shots but i feel a sharp pain in my leg and i hit the floor bellow me, i look to my leg and see a stassis shard sticking out of my leg, i grab it but it just digs in deeper into my leg, but i give it a hard enough tug, pulling out a good chunck of my leg,
"AGH!! SON'VA-" i get cut off from my scream of pain as i get shot at again, i barely manage to get to my feet with my damaged leg barely hanging on, i turn around and see a pair of vandals getting aimed up, i toss my stassis star at them, killing them instantly, i pop a few others in the head as i limp past,
I climb up a wave of stairs, i make my way to the outer works of the stair way, and as a skiff slowly comes passing by i hop onto it, and i hold on for dear life, im still getting shot at but they keep on missing me, i get to the top of the skiff and toss down a stasis grenade infront of me to give me a cover, i put away my ace, and i turn around to see that im going through the portal, the skiff speeds up, and i use my sword to impail into the ships hull so that way i stay secure, and before i know it, im outside of the portal on...  EUROPA?

I hop off the skiff and land onto the snow covered ice, cracking it as i land with a thud, and a storm rolls in blocking anything from spoting me and me from spoting them,

I cough and ask pibb,
"Ugh, how bad is it..?"

"Hmm your in pretty bad shape, and the storm is just gonna make things worse, so i'd say we're in a predicament," pibb says with worry,

"I know variks is some where on this damn moon, i just dont know where.." i tell him,

"Hmm my sencers are picking radio broadcast fifteenth miles from here," pibb says enthusiastically,
I get to my feet and head the way pibb told me to go,

--a few hours later--

"Pibb.. is that the.." i ask him exhaustedly,

"Yea it is, lets get inside," he responds

I open the door and it shuts automaticly behind me, pibb materializes and scans the panle a few feet from me, i sit down on a old chair, and look at my even worse leg,
I take off my helment and let it roll on the floor,
"I cant get it to Zavala, or anyone off planet, but i can get it to the stranger and variks," pibb says,

" get it...to both...." i tell him, sounded even more exhausted,

"Okay its broadcasting on a secure line," pibb says i get up and make my way over to the moniter which is now  recording,
"Stranger, Variks, I am severly wounded and cannot return to the tower, and i am in need of assitance, so please... come get me... here are my cords, this message will now repeat..."

i say weakly, as my leg gives out and snaps off, causing me to seal the door shut with a stasis grenade,
"Looks like we're stuck here, till someone arives huh..?" Pibb says with worry,
"Pibb im just gonna lie down here, so.. wake me if were under attack or being rescued.." i tell him as i power off for the night,...
