New Feelings

Chapter 7

Naruto's POV

"Sakura! It's not what it looks like!" I yelled as I banged on my bedroom door.

I'd been trying to get her to understand for five minutes now, but she hasn't said a word.

I leaned my back against the door and slid down it until I was sitting with my back against the door. I sighed.

The door opened and I fell backwards, I look up and see Sakura.

"Sorry." I said.

"Don't think you can get off that easily." Sakura said.

Sakura knelt down next to me and helped my sit up, we faced each other both blushing.

"I overreacted, I'm sorry." Sakura said quietly and avoiding eye contact.

"It's my fault." I said, I couldn't tell her the real reason Naruto Jr. had come out because she would send me to another dimension.

My eyes landed on Sakura's face, I reached my hand out and poked her soft cheek. Good going Naruto, now she thinks you're a weirdo.

Sakura's face went more red then she was.

I gently grabbed both side of her face and inched my own closer to hers. Our lips met.

"You're a weirdo, but you're my weirdo." Sakura said quietly.

I picked Sakura up bridal style and put her onto the bed, I joined her.

We laid there staring into each other's eyes for what felt like eternity.

Sakura's POV

My heart was pounding against my rib cage, I felt as if at any moment it could burst out.

"S-Sakura-chan, I have something to c-confess." Naruto said breaking eye contact.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well you remember all those years ago, on that bench." Naruto said.

I nodded slowly.

"Well remember when Sasuke told you all those nice things about you forehead." Naruto said.

Why would he bring that up? Wait how did he know?

"W-Well that was me, I transformed into Sasuke." Naruto said nervously.

Something kicked in and I instantly hugged Naruto.

"I c-can't b-breathe." Naruto said rasping.

"S-Sorry, it's just I'm a bit self-conscious about my forehead and that was the nicest thing ever said to me." I said.

"Well I still think that it's kissable." Naruto said.

His lips kissed my forehead.

I felt my face go red.

"I love you Naruto." Is it too soon?

"I love you too Sakura." Naruto pulled me into a hug.

Really bad chapter but I am probably going to take a break from writing anything new for a while. I'm dealing with a lot of personal stuff right now and on top of that I'm constantly sick so sorry if you really wanted to see something new. Hope you all have a good one.
