Chapter 3: Mother and son reunion

With Naruto and his convoy, they all continue driving down the road, heading for another location to stay or hide out. Naruto leads the way as he continues riding on his motorcycle. He looks around for the undead, but doesn't see any yet. He looks at the mountains, and doesn't see any B.O.Ws neither. Just then, they come across a gas station ahead. And they see another motorcycle parked by the pumps. Naruto takes out a whistle, and blows it, signaling the convoy to stop. The vehicles all stop. 

Billy on radio: What is it, Naruto?

Naruto: I think someone's in that gas station.

Billy on radio: A bandit?

Naruto: I don't know. I think they went inside, but stay alert. Keep a look-out for any ambushes. 

Billy on radio: Got it. What are you gonna do?

Naruto: I'll go ahead to check it out. You stay here with the others. 

Naruto gets off his bike, and approaches the gas station. As he approaches it, he looks at the other motorcycle parked by it. He sees it has a small radio on it, like his does. He then spots a dead zombie with an arrow in its eye pinned to a truck. He frowns at this. Just then, he hears someone inside the gas station. He quietly walks to the door. He looks inside, and sees someone by the restroom, coughing, and swamping away hundreds of flies. He opens the door, and walks in. The person heard him, and turn around with a pistol in hand. The person is a woman, and it's a woman he knows. 

Naruto: (Eyes widening) M-m-mom?

Alice: Naruto...

It's Alice, Naruto's mother, and one of the survivors of Raccoon City. Naruto smiles, and runs at her. He hugs her tight, and she hugs him back. 

Naruto: Mom...I really missed you...

Alice: I missed you too, my son. 

She looks at him, and smiles at him as she looks at his hands. He looks at the restroom where his mother was looking at. He sees a corpse in it, and it's hanged by the light. He coughs at the stench. He looks down, and sees a book on the floor by the toilet. He picks it up, and he closes the door. He, and his mother walk to the exit. As they come out, Alice sees that her son has his own convoy. She also see that Billy is with him. Billy greets her, and she shakes his hand. As they talk, Alice's radio on her motorcycle goes off. Mikey's voice is heard on it. 

Mikey over radio: This is Claire Redfield's convoy, broadcasting for any survivors. Is anybody out there? Broadcasting for any survivors. Is anybody out there? 

Naruto and his mom look at the dead zombie, and they see a crow feeding on it. Naruto shakes his head at this, knowing that crow is gonna get infected. The message on the radio repeats itself as Alice gets on her bike. Naruto hands her the book he found as he walks over to his motorcycle. He signals the convoy that they are moving out. Everyone starts the engines, and they ride off down the road. Naruto gave his mother a headset radio, so they can talk on the radio. 

Naruto: Mom?

Alice on radio: I'm here. 

Naruto: I'm glad you're here. I really wanted to have you with me, but I was scared. They were tracking me. 

Alice on radio: They were tracking me too. That's why I left too. I would have gotten you captured again, and I would've gotten the others killed.

Naruto: (Sighs) I know. Gosh, I really hate Umbrella. They've ruined our lives. Mom, this is all getting too much for me. 

Alice on radio: I know, sweetie. It's getting too much for me too. We'll talk about it, ok? Let's just keep riding down the road, and see where it will take us. 

Naruto: You're right. We'll talk more later. I love you, mom.

Alice on radio: I love you too, Naruto. 

Naruto ends the transmission, and he continues leading the convoy down the road. Now Naruto and his mother are back together again, and their bond will be strengthen once again. They both know if Umbrella tries to get them again, they'll be ready for them.

Here's the third chapter of Son of Alice, Extinction. I'm sorry that this chapter is short, but I wanted to see if you all like just to see Naruto and Alice back together before we also focus on the other group that arrive at the hotel. But looks like the son and mother are back together, and their powers will combine again to become stronger. And Umbrella won't stand a chance against them when they are together as one.
