For those who don't know, I love including Easter eggs in my stories. Here's a few things you probably didn't know/pick up on.

1. Dakota (Reckless) is named after "Koda" from the film Brother Bear.

2. Holland University (Miscommunication) is loosely based off the real Yale University.

3. The ending of Roadies is already written and hinted at in one of my other books but I'm not going to say which.

4. The "tanned brunette" model on the cover of the Vogue magazine Connor (Reckless) kicks under his bed is Troye Evans (HO&LG). [Chapter 7]

5. Dakota and Connor were originally meant to attend the same school but I wanted to strengthen their opposition. This is an obscure reference to the gangs in Romeo & Juliet and West Side Story.

6. Roadies was mostly inspired by Rock of Ages.

7. Nate Evans (Roadies) and Troye/Aria Evans (Holding On & Letting Go) are first cousins.

8. In Reckless, Connor and Dakota's friends intentionally parallel one another. Scott/Trent react badly to Connor's truth while Keegan/Quinton are supportive of Dakota. This dynamic mimics the role of an Ancient Greek chorus.

9. The events of Chapter 21 were the first scenes I ever wrote for Reckless back in 2016.

10. Harley (Roadies) and Jack (HO&LG) are both from Maine and both moved to California as teenagers.
