The Competition - Chapter 6

The next day,

I(Abir) was sitting on my knees, holding a flower in my hand and looking towards the ground. I looked straight up and saw Mishti standing in front of me, she had a little smile on her face. I then said, Mishti! I love you ❤️ Will you forever be mine..I am ready to be forever yours!! There was a bright smile on her face and her cheeks turned red as she was blushing, Mishti said, I love you too Abir!!!

I then stood up with a big smile on my face and hugged her and she tightly hugged me back.. And rang an alarm clock with a loud beep beep sound , I got up and turned it off. Actually that was my(Abir's) dream..
By the way such a beautiful dream I never had!! Hope it will get true as morning dreams gets true...
It was 7 am so I quickly got up, and went to get ready...

8 am

I reached office and opened it and was sitting on my desk, mishti had not yet came. Then suddenly she came and said, Sorry Abir! I got late... I said, It's alright. You are not late! She excitedly said me, Abir today our project will get successful I am very happy!! I said, Yes!! I am also very happy. All credit goes to you, you did so much hardwork for these project. Mishti smiled a little. I said, Mishti you get ready all the forms and other documents as Nishant is coming at 10 am. I need to go to attend a call I will be back in 10 minutes and then I will help you out. She nodded her head and went to her desk to work.

10 am

Mishti was ready with all the documents and we were talking about the project. There came a call from on our NGO landline. I said mishti Just a minute. I will back, there is a call. She nodded positively at these. I was talking on the phone and was looking at Mishti. There entered Nishant  inside our office, Mishti with her eyes indicated me that he is here. I nodded to her. Mishti went towards Nishant and said, Hello sir, welcome to our NGO. Nishant smiled and nodded. Mishti guided Nishant towards my desk , my call also got over and I went near the desk. Mishti introduced me to Nishant and went outside. I shaked hands with Nishant and we both sat on our chairs. We then discussed about the project and Nishant filled all the formalities all work was done. I thanked him and asked him, Would you like to have tea or coffee? He said, Coffee. I nodded to it positively and asked the peon to bring a coffee and two tea. Nishant suddenly asked me, Why two tea? I said him, At these time everyday me and mishti have tea. It's like a short break! He nodded at these and smiled and said,
So Abir, I will also like to donate/invest/help you in your further projects and I must you are doing amazing work!! Mishti suddenly came inside and she didn't noticed that Nishant was sitting there and said, Abir!! Actually I needed to discuss... Then Mishti realised that Nishant was present there so she stopped herself and said, Sorry to disturb you both!! Never mind, I may leave.. Nishant suddenly said, No Mishti! You don't need to leave actually we were waiting for coffee/tea and just talking casually. I nodded to mishti in agreement. Mishti also nodded. We all started talking casually discussing about some topics and about the school. While suddenly then, Nishant said, School is the best phase I must say!! Don't you think that? Mishti and I (Abir) both nodded to him in agreement with a smile. Mishti suddenly said, Abir I totally forgot to tell you that , I and Nishant were classmates and we figured it out just yesterday! Just then Nishant said, Yess!! Actually I had never talked to her at that time, but I knew her as she was the cycle race champion of our school!! Mishti nodded positively. I said, Wow!! Mishti you never told me about you being cycle race champion but I must say you can't beat me in it!! Then Mishti suddenly said, Then let's do a cycling competition! Then you will get to know who you have challenged!!
I said, Yes!! You also be ready! Then came our peon holding the tray of tea and coffee, he served it to all of us! We all had it and Nishant said, I need to leave now! But do tell me about the cycle race competition.. I said, We will surely call you sir!! Nishant smiled at that and said, But I thought you are calling me as a friend of both of you!  I understood that he said these due to the word Sir so said, Yes!! Nishant, But for whom you are going to cheer?? Nishant said, Ofcourse for Mishti as she is state level champion so she is gonna win! Isn't it Mishti?? Mishti said, Yes sir!! Noo... Nishant... We all smiled and then Nishant bidded us a bye and left.

Abir said to Mishti in a teasing manner, Mishti , be ready as I am going to win the race!!
Mishti suddenly said, In your dreams Abir!!
I(Abir) said, Oh nice confidence!! So let's do the competition today itself. What say?
Mishti said, Yes!! Night cycling competition at 10:00 pm near the joggers park. I will be there with Kuhu. You come with Kunal and also call Nishant!! I said, Yes!! Then be ready to lose!! Mishti smiled at these and said, Not at all!! Now let's work ok? I nodded with a smile.

At 6 pm, we left the office and went to our homes.

6:30pm

As I entered my home, there came Nanko and said, Bhai you need to win today in the competition!  I got to know that kuhu would have told him. So I started teasing Nanko, he was feeling very much shy and went away saying that he is having some work!
I then messaged Nishant about tonight's competition he then messaged back that he will surely come!!

At 10 pm,

Abir and Kunal reached the joggers park , Kunal came in his car and Abir came on his cycle. As they both were waiting for the others, they saw Nishant coming walking. They both waved to him, and then Nishant came near them, Nishant said I live near only so came by walking!! Then I (Abir) introduced Nishant and Nanko to eachother. All three us were talking casually about eachother and waiting for the girls!!

10:15 pm

Kunal said looking at his watch, Where is Kuhu? I said teasingly, Someone is getting desperate to meet someone!! Nishant was a bit confused at that. So I (Abir) told him about Kuku's Gordhana. And then came Kuhu and Mishti. Three of us asked them why they were late, then Mishti said, Kuhu tooked a lot of time getting ready and she is the reason of us being late today!! Then kuhu suddenly said, Ok!! I take it. Now #Competion Time we are here for that only. And one more thing who is these new friend?? Then Mishti introduced Kuhu to Nishant. They both shaked hands and had a small talk about their school. Then
I (Abir) said , Let's start the #competetion or it will get late. Kuhu said, Yes bro!! So you both have to take a whole round of the joggers park and the one who comes first will win.. I and Mishti both nodded to her in agreement. We both then got to starting line with our cycles. We bid eachother All the best!! And the others also said us All the best!!
Kuhu said, Ok ready! We both nodded to her. Kuhu said, Ready! Steady! Go!! We (Mishbir) started racing, I was on a lead for half the race..
But Mishti took the lead then,

She was really very fast then, and at last she won!!! Kuhu, Kunal and Nishant cheered for her. I lost but I had a beautiful smile on my face as Mishti was so happy and jumping.
Then we all went to have ice-cream. Mishti and I both were walking together holding our cycles. Mishti was smiling at me and I also gave her a smile back. We both were walking and everything around us was silent at that time we both were looking into eachother eyes for a minute or more. But it got broke by a sudden calling of Kuhu.

We all had ice-cream and talked sometime with eachother casually and then went back to our homes bidding eachother Good Night!!

Day End!!!
