Chapter 10: try not to forget

After you had a miscarriage you and carl couldn't stop thinking of the baby, but you two had to stay strong for eachother. "Babe you okay?" Carl asks you, "yes honey I'm okay" you reply with a smile. He sits down next to you and grabs your hand and gives you a kiss, and says "just remember he or she is with beth in heaven" with a smile. You nod and smile. Later that day you and you and maggie were making dinner for everyone and Maggie asks you a question, "hey, i know you and carl are married now, but don't you want like a wedding?" You stay quiet, "i actually do, but whats the point? The person who would have been my maid of honor is dead and so is my father." You say with a tear coming out of your face. "Beth would have wanted you to have one anyways, at least for her, she will see you from above." Maggie tells you with a smile. "You know what your right and also for carl haha" you reply. "Later we should go on a run to find a dress and make up, then i can get you ready!" Maggie says all excited, you two laugh together, "we just need to tell carl and rick then." You tell maggie, "its ok i will take care of that!" She smiles. "I will NEVER forget the beautiful smile on Beth's face, she was just so caring, beautiful, and just so trustworthy, just like you maggie and i will not forget that." You tell maggie with a smile. Later that day maggie tells rick and carl whats going to happen so you and maggie go on a run together to find a dress that same day.
