"Huh?" Tobirama was dumbstruck, did he hear correctly? Cause it almost sounded like he said he was---"pregnant?" "... yeah..." Madara answered nervously, Tobirama blinked one, twice, three times... "... let me get this straight here- I.... at this very moment.... have a child... growing within?" He said pointing at his stomach ".... yeah... well a month along really..." Madara hesitantly corrected, awkward silence filled the room, it was so long even the crickets got bored of playing their usual tune
Then Tobirama started laughing he laughed so hard that tears formed "hilarious!" He kept on laughing "we both know that it's physically impossible for men to reproduce" Tobirama laughed but Madaras face said otherwise, that made Tobirama laughter cease until he went completely silent realizing that his husband was indeed serious.
"Babe we don't have to do this now if you're not up to it" both men are now standing in the bathroom anxious on what they were about to do "I-... I'm fine... I wanna be sure before I loose my mind over nothing" Tobirama was holding the pregnancy test the doctor had on her, his hands were trembling, Madara held them in reassurance "hey, whatever happens, I'm right here for you and always will be" that calmed him down a little and Tobirama smiled a bit, he took a huge breath to calm himself and proceeded to use the test Madara beside him all the way.

3 minutes later
2 lines..... meaning.... positive..... both men stared, and stared, blinked a few times but it was still the same, Madara was speechless Tobirama was paler than ever "baby?" Madara called but his albino stood there frozen, until he swayed a bit, eyes rolled back and everything went black once more, luckily Madagascar caught him "Tobirama!"

Tobirama awoke in his room again, his eyes grew a bit wide as memories from moments ago flooded in, he sat up, looked down, and stared at his still flat belly, hesitantly he placed his hand over it, another hand joined in, Tobirama followed the hand to its owner, Madaras smiling face came into view "I know, I couldn't believe it either but, God... I'm.... so happy, we're gonna have a family Tobirama" then his smile faltered a bit "a-are you ok?" Tobirama could feel the worry in his voice, so he placed his hand on top of Madaras smiling "Madara.... believe me when I tell you, that I'm very, very happy, starting a family of my own has been a dream, especially with you, I love you so much Madara I'd do anything for our love to last, and this.." Tobirama looked back at his belly "this....." the rest of his words were broken to uncontrollable sobs that escaped Tobiramas mouth, we he couldn't stop crying, no matter how hard he tried, Madara hugged  him having tears of his own but with a wide smile on his face "I love you too, my little Tobira, and I'll be with you, every step of the way" both men looked at each other with teary eyes, each of then wiping away the others tears, Madara leaned in and kissed his husband lovingly and Tobirama kissed back just as loving

Telling both families the news was a bit awkward, Hashirama passed out the moment they told him, kawarama stood there frozen in disbelief but Itama and Mito were beaming with joy, giving him tips on how to raise a baby and the obstacles that'll take place along the way, Toka had Madara under her muscled arm and at first Tobirama was worried she might strangle him, but calmed down when he saw that she was giving him a nuggy in head having a very wide smile on her face Madara struggled to escape but it was useless, oh and Izuna -Tokas husband- was out cold as well, and their kids couldn't stop touching his stomach, happy to have another cousin to play with, Tobirama let them do as they pleased.
Their dads were a bit awkward about the news, but were happy to have another grandchild
