Recap:
"Excuse me," I also left the table, but for my office. I needed work done, and time to think.
Shane, what can I do to make you happy?
******
My vision started to blur and I could hear faint shouting.
******
"Shane baby," Georgia cooed in my ear mockingly, "we gotta go get food. I can hear your stomach a mile away."
"Not hungry," I muttered, turning away from Georgia in the bed we were laid down on.
"Well that's tough isn't it? Because you're gonna get your ass downstairs whether you like it or not," George got up from the bed, said I had three seconds to get up myself or she would do it for me.
"You'll do it for me?" I asked sarcastically, looking over my shoulder at her.
"Yes," she gave me the sly smile that she always used to when she had a plan.
I scrambled out of the bed and shoot to my feet, standing in front of her with my own grin when hers faded.
"Oh," she murmured softly, shrugging and then pulling me along with her out of the room we were situated in, down the stairs and into the dining room.
"Hello," George chirped looking around at the guys that were seated at the table.
I only knew Chris, Lockie and Mikhail. The rest were strangers and I didn't feel comfortable being down here with them.
"George," I tugged on the arm of her top and she looked at my face, and then turned to me fully.
Georgia grabbed my face in her hands as my breathing sped up and I started to shake.
"Breath," Georgia said softly, stroking my cheeks with her thumbs.
I couldn't though, everyone started to look at me and I couldn't do anything about it when my knees gave out. My vision started to blur and I could hear faint shouting.
But, before I knew it darkness had engulfed me within its cold depths.
******
"Is he going to be okay?" A male voice asked, I could barely hear, like there was water blocking noises from reaching me.
"Yes," another male voice said, "he's only fainted. He had a mild panic attack which his body decided to get rid of by shutting off most functions, when he wakes you will be able to take him."
There was a shutting of what sounded like a clipboard, and then a door closing with a soft click.
My eyes remained sealed shut and I refused to let myself believe that I had fainted. Normally when I had a panic attack I would of gone through it on my own, but I fainted? Why?
"Hey," the same male voice said, I could faintly feel the light touches of my hand being stroked, but other than that I didn't acknowledge what was going on, "you need to wake up Shae."
My head was lying on something soft, and my body on what felt like a new mattress, a sheet covered me as I felt the cold swish of air revolving around the room.
"Come on Shae, baby," my hand was held properly now, someone had picked it up and I was starting to internally freak.
I turned my head to the sound of the voice and slowly started to open my eye, trying to fool the person into believing I was waking up only now.
My eyes opened, and when they focused it was on Christopher.
"Hey," he murmured softly, his voice was ridden with worry and I wondered if I had been out long.
"Hi," the door was knocked on softly and in came George, looking as worried as Chris. Then, behind George was Lockie and Mikhail.
"Is this a fucking party or something?" I asked, everyone looked at me for a second and then burst out laughing, Georgia told me that was the Shane she knew and remembered.
My hand was still in Chris', and when I went to make a move to take it out, he tightened his hand around mine, making it impossible.
"Come on Shane," Georgia pulled me up off of the bed, Chris released my hand and I was glad. I didn't want to be in a room with him for long.
"What are we doing?"
"I'm gonna show you around!"
