"Ready, okay!" Calum watches the cheerleaders practice from his place under the tree. It wasn't perving because he always did this. Sat under the large oak tree, smoking and thinking about some lame excuse for class tomorrow as to why he didn't do the homework.

"My dog ate it"

"My house burnt down"

"I was abducted by aliens"

All were shit but Calum didn't care. He brought the cigarette to his mouth and inhaled the deathly fumes before blowing them back out and watching the smoke rise into the sky. He then turns his attention back to the cheerleading squad, looking at the head cheerleader, Dakota Fox.

Calum thinks she's beautiful. She has long Ombre hair that's always curled, greenish blue eyes and long tanned legs. Her perfect bum in the dark green skort and her curves shown off perfectly in her dark green and white top. The uniform to represent the school.

Calum sighs as he pulls out a small notebook and starts jotting down lyrics. The only class he cares about is music and his homework is to make a new song by the end of term.

'Hey pretty girl what's your name? What's your number?'

That could work.

'I've got the keys to my dads yellow hummer'

Calum smiles as he writes down the lyrics. It may only be two but song writing is a long and painful process.

"Hey Calum" Calum looks up to be met by the beautiful green blue eyes "I don't know if you know who I am, I'm Dakota. I've seen you around, you're in my Spanish, maths and history right?"

"Uh yeah" Calum nods "Hi Dakota"

"You know who I am?" Dakota asks, shocked.

"Yeah, you're the prettiest girl in school" Calum laughs but then shuts his mouth.

"You think I'm pretty?" Dakota giggles, looking down to hide her red cheeks.

"Yeah, I think you're-"

"Babe!" Dakota and Calum look to their left to see Head of the football team, Oliver, running over. Also Dakotas boyfriend for three years "What are you doing over here?"

"Oh, cheer practice is over and I was just saying hello" Dakota shrugs.

"What have I told you about talking to the outcasts?" Oliver sneers.

"Babe, calums lovely" Dakota says. Oliver steps forward and roughly kisses Dakota before pulling away.

"You're mine, don't forget it" He whispers harshly. Oliver grabs Dakotas wrist and drags her away.

"Bye Cal" Dakota says.

"Bye-" he starts but she's gone "Angel"
