Luke

It had been quiet without Abi, almost too quiet. Luke had gone into hiding, only coming out for school. The band had gone to blows, not having practiced in a few weeks. Ashton and Chloe weren't talking, the only couple still going strong was Cal and Dakota. Luke had gone pale and skinny, bags under his eyes and always shaking.

The boys had been planning on what to do with the remaining girls and today was the day to pull through on their plan. Ashton was taking Chloe out for "ice cream" and Cal was taking Dakota to a "football game". They were secretly taking them to the centre.

Luke was helping take Chloe and Michael was helping take Dakota. The boys knew it woukd break the girls but they wanted what was best for them.

After school they all got in two cars, Michael, Cal and Dakota in Calums car and Ash, Luke and Chloe in Ash's car.

"Hm do i want rocky road or mint chocolate chip?" Chloe questions herself. Ash and Luke look at each other through the rear view mirror and Ashton just wants to burst into tears.

"Hey clo, you know I love you right?" Ashton asks.

"Course I do" Chloe giggles "and I love you too"

Ten minutes into the drive Chloe's face drops and she turns to the boys "We - we - um - missed the turning for the ice cream parlour"

Ashton finally lets it all out, letting the tears fall and the everlasting sorrys to string from his mouth as he took Chloe's hand and kisses it repeatedly.

"What's going-" Chloe asks but doesn't bother finishing the question when she looks up and sees the sign.

'Sunvale medical unit'

"No! Why?! You can't do this! Why would you do this?!"

They come to a stop and someone opens Chloe's door, smiling at everyone although no one smiled back.

"Hello, I am Dr Giggs. You must be Mr Irwin. We spoke on the phone" he says "And you must be Chloe"

"Dude I'm not a fucking dog" Chloe spits "I'm not going!"

"Chloe, please" Ashton begs "it's for your own good"

"Here at Sunvale we have a three year programme-"

"Three years?!"

"Three year programme to help get any problem out of your system in a fun and light weight way" he carries on "Ray! Donald! Come get Ms Mae out of the car and in with Julie"

Two large men stride over and unbuckle Chloe's seat belt then take either one of her arms but Chloe doesn't let go of Ashton.

"Don't let them take me Ash! Don't do it!" She hysterically screams "Ashton if you loved me you wouldn't do this!"

"I'm doing this because I love you!"

"Ashton!" She screams as the men drag her away "I hate you! I hate you Ashton Irwin! Ashton!"

Ashton finally looses it. Letting violent sobs leave his body and hunching over the steering wheel.

"Visiting times are Monday to Saturday between nine am and nine pm" Dr Giggs says "Any questions don't hesitate to call"

And with that he leaves the two boys. Luke sat consoling Ashton whilst he sobbed.

"She didn't mean it, Ash" he whispers "she could never hate you"

"She screamed it at me, Luke. The hate was in her whole face, she was kicking and screaming she hates me"

"She doesn't hate you. She hates what you're doing but she doesn't hate you"

"What am I gonna do without her? Without knowing how she is every day. I'm not gonna see her-"

"Hey. Remember what they said on the phone. If she shows improvement from now to Graduation, Prom and the end of school concert then she can come out for those things"

"But have to go straight back"

"Maybe this will do us all some good"
