"Don't tell me" taehyung spoke in disbelief as his eyes widened.
The lights had gone out.
"Oh my god!" jungkook gasped trying to press all the buttons to check if the light was really gone or not
"Argh!" he groaned as he squatted down in disbelief, running his fingers through his hair.
He sighed in an upsetting manner.
"This is a disaster" he said in a low voice.
"I wanted to give you a special time and make my image better in front of you, but i fucked up everything once again. I planned to serve you a barbeque but i forgot that i didn't know how to make one. My dumb brain couldn't even hire a cook and waiters. Then i wasted thirty minutes in trying to impress you somehow but i burnt my fingers and had you make the meal for us, which is totally not what i expected and now this *sigh* we're fucking stuck in an elevator when i could have took you to the game zone" jungkook seriously wanted to cry right now as he ruffled his hair, thinking how to make taehyung's mood better now because he's really standing speechless behind him.
"J-jungkook......i...am claustrophobic" taehyung said, gasping for breath as he clutched his t-shirt, covered with sweat.
"Oh my god" jungkook jerked up and rushed towards taehyung who was trying to get some breath.
Taehyung let his head drop over jungkook's shoulder and clutched his jacket.
"I-i am scared" he breathed out, trembling as he tightened his grip on jungkook's jacket.
"I-it's okay, tae. I'm here" jungkook took his shaky hands behind taehyung's back and rubbed it, trying to calm him down but his heart wouldn't stop racing being this close to taehyung even if the situation is sensitive.
Taehyung's knees gave up as he dropped down on the floor, taking jungkook down with him who widened his eyes as he slammed his hands on the wall for support.
Taehyung snuggled inside jungkook's jacket, burying his face in his chest and inhaling his scent which really made jungkook freak out.
Even though he wanted to scream his lungs out, he kept quite and let taehyung do whatever he wanted while he rubbed his back.
"Your sc-scent---calm" taehyung mumbled out, inhaling as much as he could while he had his eyed shut tight.
Thank god it was dark, otherwise anyone could have seen how red jungkook's face was.
Is this how it really feels to love someone so deeply?
Because he's definitely feeling it intensely.
They stayed like that for a while, taehyung snuggling as close as possible to jungkook's chest while jungkook simultaneously ruffled taehyung's hair and rubbed his back.
At that moment, neither taehyung realized that he hated jungkook and had gotten over him nor did jungkook realize that there were distances between him and taehyung.
Because both of them didn't want to let go of each other even if the reason behind it was different for the two.
But since moments don't last long, this one had to end too.
The light suddenly came back as jungkook squinted his eyes, trying to adjust his vision according to the brightness.
The sound of the exhaust fan signaled taehyung that the light has come and he immediately realized what position they were in.
He came back to his senses and immediately pushed jungkook away who fell back with a thud.
He stood up with difficulty as he held the support pole.
"I am sorry that you had to see that, mr.jeon" taehyung bowed.
"Please don't tell anyone about this and i'll be taking my leave now since your limit of two hours is over. Thank you" he said as he pressed the button and rushed out of the elevator.
"Wait taehyung!" jungkook called but it was of no use since taehyung had rushed out already.
Taehyung had to rush out because of two reasons:
1. Because of his phobia
2. Because he didn't want jungkook to see that side of him again, the flustered one. The one that clearly showed that he was still not over him.
