A sharp breath escaped her nose in a huff as her teeth grit together at the sight of the billionaire,but she flashed a smile fake when Peter turned to to meet her eyes filled to the brim with excitement. The playboy ass-hat was here to adopt them? The sky must be pissing blood or something cause last she check Stark was still egotistical and threw money at every problem that came his way. Something was fishy about this,but there's no way she could bring it up without hard evidence.
"Mr.Stark I'm sure you are familiar with Peter here well this is his twin sister Penelope. I'll let you get introduced while I'll grab the paperwork for Ms.Potts." Mrs.Addams said as she then turned to leave. The moment she left the room Tony pulled off his shades and smiled at Pete before his gaze turned to her his smile lessening to a smirk if not forced. "I have to finish getting packed,but Pen be nice please." Peter sighed as he ran up the stairs to pack less rushed now.
"So kid number two not going to fawn over me like your brother first did?" The brunette said cocky. Ah another difference between the twins Penny didn't show her excitement like Peter did she would be more calm about it,but she was anything but excited to see the engineer before her. "Sorry I'm not leaping for joy." How could she when her back hurts from carrying the weight of his messes like she got paid for it. The older brunette huffed at this. "Listen Pete's kid sister I—" "I'm older by ten minutes." She cut him off making him look at her shocked. No one had ever cut him off or hell correct him so bluntly. "Pen,right?" He asked changing his approach. "Only Pete..." And Eddie plus V now. "can call me Pen. It's Penny." She said rolling her eyes lifting up her bags. "Can I put this in your car or are we just going to awkwardly talk?" Penny asked not wanting to stand her any longer then she has to.
Peter came bounding down the stairs with his bags. "I'M READY!" He shouted clearly out of breath as he bent down to take a breath his twins hand going onto his chest straightening him back up and the other lifting his arms up to breath better. "I-Im good now. Thanks,Pen." Peter smiled at her as she mirrored it. "No problem,Pan." She pushed him slightly before turning back to face the forty year-old playboy the smile dropped from her face.
*With Mrs.Addams and Pepper*
The two women were seated in the office the strawberry blonde going over the temporary foster placement papers for the Parker twins there were typed up and adjusted to Tony's liking she was just making sure it was all a hundred percent. "So glad to see those to off togther even if it's just for fostering." The blackette said her deep red painted lips pulled in a small smile as she looked over the twins files. "They've been here so long and it broke my heart how many times they've turned down homes became they wouldn't be togther."
Pepper didn't know what to say as her eyes paused at a line of words that didn't match the other identical paper. 'Peter Benjamin Parker will be placed in the care of Anthony Edward Stark for 365 days....' then here eyes drifted to the right page. 'Penelope Mary-Lynn Parker will be placed in the care of Anthony Edward Stark for 183 days...' what? Peter will be fostered for a year and Penny only six month. Pepper knew it wasn't a mistake because Tony's digital signature and the amount of days were his own hand writing. The pr stunt although she didn't approve was only lasting six months so what once its over he's returning her and keeping Peter. The CEO could only sigh as she signed the documents having concent as secondary guardianship.
This was going to bite Tony whether he knows it or not.
Pepper thanked Mrs.Addams for her time as she stood up with the files now tucked away into her bag.

After Ms.Potts came out of the office with Mrs.Addams with signed papers in hand she walked over to the side of Stark. This was it Penny just got signed away into the hands of the Billionaire. All togther they walked out of the orphanage to see a car outside that was a sleek black. A man that Penny recognized as Happy got out of the car popping the trunk as he walked towards them to take their bags. As he reached for her backpack with Peter's in his right hand she clenched the strap. "I'm holding on to this one has my laptop and extra glasses." Tony raised a brow as Happy shrugged it off.
She wasn't lying her laptop and glasses were in there along with tools,books,a case of chemicals and her journal of blueprints. The parts that make up her suit are in her suitcase,but they're vacuum sealed and underneath underwear to keep snooping short men named Stank out. Tony and Pepper were first to get seated in the car taking the front bench facing them as the twins slipped in on the main bench facing forward thankfully Penny had Pepper infront of her making ignoring Tony easier.
"So you're at that MIT school with Peter right?" Pepper asked breaking the ice as the car started to move. "Yes,Ms.Potts I go there I'm taking relatively the same class just better at the chemistry and programming rather then robotics." She said with a smile her and Peter were even in skill with chemicals and robotics,but the supplies for those classes were expensive so it made no sense for both of them to get double plus Pete used her full after school access for the chemistry lab to make web fluid without prying eyes. "Don't sell yourself shirt short. She's great at everything she even made a real BB-8. It's so cool and if we had the right supplies we could make actual working lightsabbers." Peter said excitingly looking at her with a smile she somewhat matched,but not as intense. "That's from those Star Trek movies you're talking about right." That dampened Peter's joy a bit. "N-no not r-really Star Wars.." He stuttered brushing his hand on the back of his neck. The boy never stops talking about Star Wars and there's no way Tony who shares a lab with him never heard him talk about it so he only half listens or doesn't give a fuck either way he's a tool.
She wanted to scoff at the man,but her hand inched over to Peter's her pinky grazing him his eyes glancing over to her. Twin telepathy make the silent conversation loud and clear a small grin pulled on Peter's lips what Penny had in mind wasn't good,but funny. "I can't wait to met Dr.Banner he's our idol. We've read all of his books he's a totally genius." She said getting all bubbly as if she stole Peter's excitement for herself. Although what she was saying was true she tuned it up to eleven to mess with the Billionaire. It seemed to work just like he did with Pete he deflated just a bit before straightening out probably strocking his ego to handle that blow.
Pepper is seen with a small smirk in her lips. It must be rare anyone turns down Tony good gives him a taste his own medicine. "I'll be sure to get him to sign something of yours." The blonde said to them and both teams did a identical smile to her ignoring Tony's pout.
The car stopped and outside the tinted window the reflective surface of the Avengers Tower loomed over them. This was their new home for now or in Penny's case prison,but every lock can be picked and every vault can be cracked getting out of here to swing around will be easy the avoiding the people that live here will prove to be a problem. Unfortunately they had more problems to deal with.
*Undisclosed Location*
People dressed in black sat around a table a man in a black trench coat stood before them.
"Bring in Spiderman and Red Recluse. I need their identities within a week. Dismissed." Everyone stood up as a female agent walked up to the man. "Fury do you think this is a good idea? Spiderman I can understand he'll be a great addition to the Avenger infinitive,but Recluse is a wild card."
The director of shield looked at her face blank as if in thought. "That's the card someone smart needs in their hand. The Avengers are a glorified watch list,but that other spider walks the line between a threat to us or a threat to them. And I want to know how...what's their secret."

A/N oh fuck Fury is now after them,but its all good just low level agents for now.
Next chapter will be more setting the scene of how their rooms are set up and ill give a layout of how every is in the tower.
