"Kara" yell Lena from their apartment as she did Kara and her girls ran to her but that was not all for across town Astra, Lora, and Alura that have been using their super-hearing to make sure that Lena is ok heard Lena yell in pain. All 3 of them use their super-speed to get to Lena. "Are you ok little one?" all 3 said at the same time when they landed on Lena's balcony? "No, the babies are coming" yelled Lena in pain as another contraction hits. "Juju we are ready," said Lilly with a smile as she had her backpack on. "Good, what am I doing now," said Kara as she walks around in circles? Alura stop her by pulling her in a hug and said "I and you are taking Lena and Lora, Astra can take the girls with them but first Lora will call Emma to tell them we are on our way." "Then all of us are going to the Garden we will call the others ok," said Lora. "Ok, let's do that," said Kara.
3 hours later
Lena and Kara are in the room with their little girl and baby boy. When the door to the room opens everyone comes inside with smiles. "Awe let me hold my granddaughter," said Sarah taking little Sarah in her arms. "So what are their middle names," said, Alex? "Well, I have to give my girls the middle names of my mom's except little Sarah but I didn't want to break tradition so her name is Sarah Astra O'Connor Danvers and little Oliver and this is Oliver Allen O'Connor Danvers," said Lena with a smile. "You name them after the both of us," said Barry with a big smile. "Yes, I want my son to look up to both of you," said Lena as she yawns. "Sorry," said, Lena. "why don't we let Lena rest," said Lora holding now little Oliver? Each mom kisses Lena's forehead and told her they were proud of her.
"We will take the girls with us," said Sarah as she picks up Lilly and Astra picked up Aaliyah. "Ok thank you," said Kara for Lena had fallen asleep already.
3 months later
Firebird was asleep in her room but she kept tossing in her sleep. 'What is going on" said Firebird as she walks on Empty Street everywhere she looks at buildings where in Ruins and the dead bodies everywhere. She stops when she saw someone walk tours her. When the person got closer it talks by saying "you have to wake up and tell Lena that the prophecy has to come true today for their coming in 2 months so she has to be prepared their plans to work it only cost Lena her life so please wake up now" yell future Firebird in tears.
At that Firebird woke up and jump out of bed and ran out of her home into Lena's home as she opens the door she saw Lena in the living room with Sarah talking. Lena and Sarah jump as the door opens fast. "Firebird what is wrong," said, Lena. "The prophecy will have to come true today for they are coming in 2 months," said Firebird looking at Lena. Alex, Sam, and Kara just yell "What." "But our plans," said, Lena. "It works but it only cost you your life," said Firebird in tears. "So please Lena stop fighting your destiny and become what you have always meant to be," said Firebird kneeling in front of Lena in tears. Lena closes her eye's as tears feel and sob out "ok." Sarah and Sam were in tears because they will miss their friend. At the hearing, Lena says ok Firebird smiled at Lena and kisses her forehead, and said "we will leave in 1 hour so go get ready."
1 hour later everyone was at Lena's home packed and ready to go to Avalon. When the portal opened Firebird told them "we will do the ceremony at sundown all of our people will be there to Witness it" with that Firebird walked into the portal. They all appear in the Castle where Z and the rest of the family are waiting. "Ok we will take Lena with us," said Z. "Sarah you show the rest of the girls to the hall there are the robes they will need." Lucas step forward and said, "Gentlemen you all will come with me where you will need to get prepared for the ceremony."
Sarah took the girls as they all walk in Thea said: "mom why do we have to get prepared I thought Lena and Firebird were the only ones." "Sweety if we want to see the ceremony we will have to also be prepared for where it's going to be in one of our secret Land where we all have to cleanse ourselves for if we don't we will die," said, Sarah. "What" yells everyone. "We told you all that if you are going with all of us that it could also be dangerous," said Sarah. "But why would we die Mom," said, Thea. "because sweetheart that Land is one of the purest that no one except Lena has ever survived without doing any cleanser ceremony," said Sarah?
"Why am I not surprised," said, Eliza? The others just nod. "How did she go into the land," said Kara putting her robe on? "Oh, she was rasing with Lilly when they were 7 years old as Lena was winning they got close to the pure land and Lena ran into it by accident," said Sarah. "Lilly just stops when it got close to it in fear for she knew what that land was like she yells for Lena for she didn't see her thinking she dies but when Lena ran back to her Lilly was so in shock that she fainted," said Sam with a smile. "When Lena ran back to the Castle with Lilly in her arms and told me what happened I was too in shock to do anything that Z just took Lilly from my arms," said Sarah.
"Why did Lilly fear it," said, Sara. "You will too for all we fear it to except Lena," said Sam. When every one of them got ready all of them meet outside where a fire was on. "I want all of you to seat on the ground in a circle. This part will be very hard for all of us we will be meditating as we do and each one of us will have to fight our demons as we do that our souls will heal" said Z seating down.
Oliver and Sara had the hardest trials but each made throw when they finch they each hug their wife and said: "that they somehow made it throw the trial because of Lena's help." Everyone just looks at them strangely except Sarah. "Ok, let's go to the lake," said, Sarah.

got in they felt at peace each one of them look confused Sarah and Z just chuckle "I told you all we need to clean our spirit so Just relax and let the water clean your body and your spirit" said Z with a smile.
"Wow, I have never felt so at peace with myself," said, Oliver. Everyone nods and sings. "Is Lena doing the same thing?" said, Kara?
