The dark is sinking in again and I can't hide. You're my match that lights up my life. Then you burn out and it's dark once more. I light another bit of you but only for that to burn out too. The pain sets in so I take a sip of your love, you're happiness in a bottle. Then you wear off. You give me a high, I'm temporarily satisfied. You're a well of joy and I hope you never dry. You are strong but the feeling is stronger. Sometimes I feel like I can't take it any longer then you're right there by my side to get me through the toughest times. So I'll keep up the fight and use you as my light to see through the darkest of nights. I'll keep you by my side and I won't hide, even when I wanna say goodbye for the very last time. I'll stay here with you till the dark passes me by. Till that day it's just me and you fighting that
