I was sat outside on my backyard swing scrolling through Instagram until I got a text from ciaŕan.

I Grabbed my ukelele from beside me and started playing a random tune until I found something I liked. I then got a text from ciaran that he was here so I got up from the swing and went through the gate to go get him. "Hey" he said as he walked towards me. "Hey dork" I said as we walked back into my backyard. "Woah" he said as he scanned my backyard. "Pretty sick huh" I said with a smile on my face. "So I was thinking, we could order some food and just watch movies. What do you think?" I asked as we both sat down on the swing. "Sounds great" he said as he kicked his feet. "So I was uh..i was thinking about your lyrics for the song last night and..i dont wanna seem dumb or whatever but..were they about me..?" I asked looking over to ciaŕan. "Oh-uhm y-yeah, yeah they were. Sorry-" "-NO, dont apologize, they meant a lot to me." I said cutting him off. "Really?", "yeah". "Hey I've been wondering for a while but I never really wanted to asked..uh what happened with you and joba at the party" ciaran said softly. "What do you mean?" I asked. "You were crying", "dont worry about it, its gonna kill the vibe" I said looking down. A few minutes of silence fills the air until I speak, "so what do you wanna eat?" I asked looking in his direction. "I'm down for anything" he said making eye contact with me. God his eyes are beautiful. "Let's go inside" I said breaking the eye contact and walking inside. We sat ourselves on the couch and I turn on 'the fault in our stars'. "Late in the winter of my 17th year...my mother decided I was depressed".

It was halfway into the movie and I was already a sobbing mess, ciaran however had very obviously been trying to hold his emotions in. "You're such a pussy" he said putting his arm around me causing butterfly's to erupt in my stomach. "Am not" I said as I picked up a pillow and hit him with it. Which was a VERY bad idea because that started the very aggressive pillow fight that was about to take place. Ciaran reached the his side to grab a pillow and hit me in the side of my face. "Oh it's on dork" I said as I went to hit him with my pillow but failed miserably as he caught my pillow in his hand and took it. "Heyy that not fair" I said as he hit me with both pillows. I decided to distract him so I could get my pillow back. "Yo what's that?" I said pointing to the side catching him off guard and grabbing my pillow from his hand. "Hey that's not fair" he whined. "Neither was you taking my pillow", "true true"he said as he swung his pillow at me once again. Suddenly I felt him lift me off the ground. "Cici put me down!" I screamed as I hit his back with my pillow. As he tried to put me down I kicked the back of his knee causing him to fall with me and he ended up on top of me as both of our breathing got heavier.

(Ciarans pov)

My breathing started to pick up as i fell on top of her. I took notice of her pale face, her soft pink lips god I wanna kiss her so badly. "R-rose", "yeah", "can i..can I kiss you?" I asked softly. "Please" she said matching my tone. I brought my lips to hers and placed a soft and gentle kiss on her lips. Our foreheads rested on each others for a couple of minutes until I decided to get up. I held my hand out for her and she took hold of it. "You're pretty good at that Mr. Faceington" she said with that beautiful smile of hers on her face. "You're beautiful" I said putting my arm around her. "Stopppp" she said looking down as her cheeks heated up.

(Rose's pov)

He just kissed me, the boy who I've wanted to kiss for months, this beautiful guy just kissed....me? Woah.
I heard someone clear their throat from the top of the stairs causing me to jump. "We need to talk later" dominic said grinning. "Stopppppo dom" "go back upstairs I hate you" I said throwing a pillow at him. "I am upstairs idiot" he chuckled as he walked back into his room. "I hate him" I chuckled. It was now 6:56PM, "hey I'm gonna head home" ciaran said taking his arm from around me. "Ughhhh do you have to?" "If we didnt have school tomorrow I would've been all yours" I wish he was all mine. "Goodnight" he said looking down at me. "Goodnight cici" I said. We stared at each other for a couple of minutes until I felt his soft lips meet mine for the second time tonight. "I'll see you tomorrow, get some sleep rose" he said as he walked away to his car. This boy is gonna be the death of me. I shut the door softly and leaned my head against it. "Roselyn.glaing." dominic said skipping towards me. "I TOLD YOU" he said jumping up and down. "Stopppp it's just a kiss" I said trying not to blush. "Just a kiss? Rose judging by the way you look at that kid...that was not just a kiss" "I'm going to sleep I hate you" I said as I walked upstairs and locked my door.

(Ciarans pov)

I couldn't get her off my mind. Her beautiful hazel eyes, the way they looked into mine as her soft lips attached to mine. Shes like a fever dream. Theres no way a person could be so perfect. What if I'm in over my head? What if it was just a meaningless little kiss? What if she doesnt feel the same way? Am i overthinking it? What if she hurts me? What if I hurt her? I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I hurt her. Seeing her cry is soul crushing. But what if she treats me better than evanie? What if I treat her better than Myles? I could make her happy. Then I could see more of her beautiful smile. God her smile makes me melt. I got pulled out of my trance by the sound of my phone vibrating.
