Chapter 7- Wanna Go Out Tomorrow?

The game ended, with Aoba Johsai celebrating their victory.

You were still sitting, you don't know what to do.

You were having second thoughts about approaching Kunimi, you don't know if you'll talk to him or he'll talk to you

Until, Yachi spoke.

"u-uhmm, L/n-san... Uhmm, earlier... Are you okay?"

"H-Huh?? Yeah.. Yeah, I'm okay"

You and Kunimi were having some sort of eye contact as you gulped.

'Is this a starring contest?! Stop, talk to me if you want to cause I can't move my feet' You thought.

"Yeah, That's right, I need to talk to Kageyama...besides, I think I need to comfort him..." you said to Yachi.

"Alright..."

You averted your eyes from Kunimi and Kindaichi then walked straight to where Kageyama was

"K-Kageyama-kun... Are you okay, well.. Uhm.. You know.. Uhmm yeah like-"

You stopped talking as you felt the awkward tension between you and him.

"yeah as I said... I'll just talk to you later..." you said.

'I think I'm ready... I'll talk to Kunimi and apologize...'

You walked straight to him from behind as you knew that he was an inch away from you, you hugged him.

He was startled at first, but when he noticed it was you, he stopped walking

"L/n-san???" he said.

'not gonna lie, but calling me by my surname Kunimi, it fucking hurts'

"..... I'm so sorry..." you mumbled as you buried your face on his back.

"for what?" he said.

'ouch'

"for leaving you..."

"for not keeping my promise..."

"for making you cry..."

"for being stupid..."

"for making promises that I don't keep... "

"for-" he cut you off by hugging you back.

"Tch, what are you sorry for?" he said as he smirked.

You started crying as he chuckled.

"Akiraaaaaa I missed you" you said, crying.

"I missed you too...baka" he said then patted your head. 

'he's not mad? Hmph, what is wrong with him'

You two were talking with Kindaichi when Kageyama walked towards you.

Kunimi and Kindaichi glared at him and he does too.

"O-Oi, what's going on with the three of you?"

"I didn't know you went here Tobio-chan" Oikawa appeared out of nowhere.

"You know him?" you asked.

"of course, he's our former teammate,right Tobio-chan?" Oikawa said as he grinned.

Kageyama clenched his fist.

He was speechless.

"See you Tobio-chan!!" Oikawa said as he dragged Kindaichi with him.

Then the three of you were left in the gym.

(inside the bus)

"ehhh? Where's Akira?" Takahashi said.

She was about to go out but Kindaichi stopped her.

"Oi, let me go" she said.

"no, we need to go"

"what about Akira?"

"he already left, his father called so he went home..." Kindaichi lied, but it was true though, Kunimi's father was going home.

"I didn't see him left..." she said.

"you were arranging the things so you didn't see him"

"hmmm, okay let's go"

'nice' Kindaichi said to himself.

(back to the gym)

Silence filled the gym as you were standing between Kageyama and Kunimi.

'uhm okaaay, this is pretty awkward...' you thought.

"uh-" you were cut of when the two spoke at the same time.

"L/n-san" Kageyama said.

"Y/n-chan" Kunimi said.

"ehhhhh?! Why am I freaking out?!'

They glared at each other before continuing their words.

"Wanna go out tomorrow?" they said.

Kageyama gritted his teeth as Kunimi let out a 'tch'

'oh no, what did I do to make me get into this situation?!' you panicked inside.

You closed your eyes as they started arguing.

"Oi Kageyama, we haven't spend a lot of time so let me go out with her tomorrow, besides, you go to the same school"

"I'm sure you just live near her place so you can go to her house, let me go out with her"

"We haven't seen each other in years"

"we just met so we need to get to know each other"

"You're not her boyfriend, unless you like her that you wanted to know more about her" Kunimi said

"are you her boyfriend?" Kageyama said

"no"

"then shut up"

"geez, you spend time with her everyday here in school"

"you're so demanding, King" Kunimi added.

'I fucking dislike you Kageyama...' Kunimi thought.

"SHUT UP" you said that made their eyes widened.

'okay I've had enough of these two...' You said to yourself.

"you two are going with me tomorrow, goodbye, no one's going to follow me or else-... BYE" you said as you walked out and left the two speechless.
