Time Skip - 4 Months
My birthday..
God time flies huh?
Last time I was in this gym, we were unpacking our things after we lost to Karasuno. Now almost 10 years later, I'm visiting it again.
The guys and I decided to come back to Shiratorizawa and look at how much it's changed. Some new teachers here and there. Not much happened to the school.
Coach Washijo is still here. Still refuses to retire till he stops breathing.
Coach called over the new team and introduced them to us. We introduced ourselves and they all started freaking out. Exclaiming that when they were little, they wanted to be like the guys.
I smiled as I watched the new team just gawk over the guys. Asami and Eita came running into the gym with Reon's little girl Kin chasing them.
The twins ran over to Wakatoshi and tugged on his legs. He picked them up, holding them both in his arms. I walked over to him and took Asami so he could have a free hand.
We stayed here for a while, watching the new team play and judge them basically. The guys got to play against the new team. A couple mess ups at first since most haven't played volleyball in a while but they all got back into it just like the old days.
I sat with the kids and coach on the bench. The kids cheering on their dads while I just watched silently. This reminded me of the good days. The days where everything was peaceful and new. New love, new school and life.
Washijo: I'm proud of you [y/n].
You: Hm? Why?
Washijo: You've taken good care of them, just like you promised.
I looked at coach with a smile. I've tried really hard to stay in their lives, to make sure they all stay okay. I've helps baby sit or help them with rent. I've watched them all grow up.
It made me proud to see how they all grew. I feel like a mom. I am a mom... well of the twins but I feel like a mom with the boys... that's to many kids..
My brother is just a crack head, I don't accept him as my child. Wait that's weird... I'm my brothers mom..? Yeah scratch that.
Anyways~
We stayed at the gym for a while. The guys ended up mentoring all of the new guys, teaching them different techniques and different playing styles. Autographs and number exchanges. You know, the basic stuff you do with the popular people you look up too.
When we were leaving, a young girl came into the gym out of breath. We all looked at her as she caught her breath. Coach stood up and faced her.
Washijo: You've been late every day for the last week Kohana.
Kohana: Coach I'm so sorry.. Jin-Sensei-
Washijo: I'm sick of your excuses. You're being revoked as a manager.
Kohana: Coach please-
