CHAPTER 49: PLANNING FOR REVENGE

===Two Weeks Later==

Zaxein, Elmer and Eleina were in the school, with their classmates.

They don't attend school as often as they do before.

"I've heared of the End and Nether's fall.", Eleina's teacher said.
"Such a shame for our part... The Overworld is the only Dimension that Henry can't defeat but... The other Dimensions are as important as our home.", Eleina sadly mumbled.
"Classes will be dismissed. Combat Training will be the only subject!", the Principal said.

Elmer, Eleina amd Zaxein looked at each other.

"What do you mean, Mister Principal?", Zaxein asked, looking at the man in question.
"All of us will try our best to fight against the Black Legion.", he said.
"How about the children?", Elmer asked.
"They're evacuated while you're away. I only left the best Combat students.", the Principal answered.

Eleina nodded.

"We will train them.", she said.

Just when the children appeared.

"We also wanted to help!"
"Yeah!"

Eleina smiled.

The children that shouted were just below Zax's age. Daycare to Grade 3.

"I'm amazed by your bravery children but... You're too young for this.", she said.
"We've been doing Archery while you're away!", they shouted.

Elmer nodded.

"I guess we had a bunch of young Archers.", he shrugged.
"Okay children... You will fight.", Eleina sighed.

The kids shouted in joy.

"But."

The cheers suddenly fell quiet.

"You will train with us and you will be situated on the towers, so that you're protected. Got it?"
"Got it!"
"Good."

Eleina nodded, smiling.

"Very well... We shall start training. Zax, Elmer, you go and train the students and the teachers. I will go on with the kids' Archery.", Eleina said.
"Okay!", the said children agreed.

And they all trained on the site.

Elmer was with the proficient Combat students.

"I wanted to know who you are. Please introduce yourselves.", he prompted.

A girl, having green hair, yellow shirt and black skirt, stepped forward. She had a diamond sword on each of her hands.

"I am Rachelle, from the fifth grade. I am one of my village's swordsmasters.", she introduced.

A boy, with black hair, jacket and pants, stepped forward. He was holding a staff with a golden crystal in his hand.

"I am Krazer, a seventh grader. I am a Golden Mage.", he said.

Another boy with black hair and yellow shirt and black pants stepped next. He was holding a wand.

"I am Jack, from the eighth grade. I am a young Wizard.", he said.

A girl, then stepped forward. She had blue hair and jacket with green pants. She holds a purple book.

"I am Olivia, from the ninth graders. I am a Dark Sorceress.", she sweetly smiled.

Another girl, then stepped forward. She had black hair, and wore a red dress. On her hands was a flaming Netherite sword.

"I am Natalia, from the tenth graders. I am a Flame Wielder.", she said.

Another boy, then stepped forward. He had purple hair and black shirt with green pants. He had a green crystal in his hand.

"I am Neo. I'm an eleventh grader, and I am a Vinemaster.", he introduced.

A girl, with pink hair and dress, stepped forward. She had a pink, glittery flame on her hand.

"I am Yona, a twelfth grader, and I am the Glitter Bender. Glitters are awesome, you know?", she sneered.

Elmer nodded.

"Let's start training.", Elmer smiled.

===Afternoon, Dismissal===

"Good job.", Zaxein smiled.

The students cheered and the teachers clapped.

"Just a little bit more practice, and we will be ready to defend ourselves.", Eleina said.
"For now, let's go home and have some rest. Tomorrow, we shall meet here. We will go to the UAM Headquarters, so the End and Nether Leaders can teach you.", Elmer announced.

The rest nodded.

And they all went to their homes.

===UAM Hedquarters===

"The Humans are going to help us.", Zaxein said.
"I'm glad that they are willing to fight. But I am worried.", Naeus thoughtfully said.
"They were very vulnerable, especially without any trainings.", Ceris reasoned out.
"We are going to take them here, so you can train them. They were the best in the Combat area in the school. What worries us much are the children.", Elmer said.
"What do you mean?", Ceris asked.
"They are all willing to fight for this war. Even if I had them trained on Archery, they don't have the protection against enemy forces.", Eleina answered.
"That was easy. A Chant of Invulnerability is enough. It was a very powerful chant, and only children can be granted with the power of resistance against any harm: magic nor physical.", Naeus said.
"By which he means below the age of seven.", Ceris said.

The three children nodded.

"That will be sufficient for their safety.", Eleina agreed.
"But we have to build a fort for the Archers. For their sure safety.", General Zombrine said.
"The whole Army will build it.", General Mike added.
"Thanks for the cooperation, Generals.", Elmer nodded.
"The Drowned Army were already making underwater defenses. Spies reported that the Black Legion was planning an underwater attack. It was supposed to surround us since you pretty knew that rivers are connected here.", General Damien said.
"How about the aerial defenses?", Elmer asked.
"I've gone to the Mansions. Vexana, the Mansion's General to the Vexes have  told us that the Evokers and Vindicators were on the Black Legion's side. The Vexes were against it, however, and took away the Evokers' ability to summon them for an aerial attack. Vexana was actually with me today.", General Seth said.

Then a comparatively large Vex came. She had a pair of wings, white eyes and the same sinister smile every Vex had.

Unlike every other Vex, she had a bright red body, like an angry Vex does, but had no light blue spots. She apparently had several scars and bloodspots.

"Good afternoon, Lady Eleina and Sir Elmer.", she sweetly greeted.
"Good afternoon too, General Vexana.", Eleina smiled, greeting her back.
"I have travelled far and wide to meet you... The Mansions were against you, but the Vexes aren't on their side. We had enough of killing Humans pointlessly, so we will fight for Humans.", she said.
"You pretty knew the Black Legion was after the land, right?", Elmer asked.
"We do know, however, the Mansions also wanted it for themselves. Only the Vexes never wanted such a selfish goal.", the General said.
"Listen, we will need some aerial warriors. Can you help us out?", Zaxein politely asked.

The Vex nodded, her sinister smile widening.

"Yes, we will. Vexes love to pop in and out of the walls and floor for fun.", she giggled.

And with that, they started planning the defenses whenever Henry and his horde kicks in.
