Recovery- Part Two

Perfuma approaches the hospital door and knocks. Seconds later a familiar voice calls out to come in. She opens the door to see Scorpia, her arm and leg in casts and bandages wrapping around her torso. And yet she's still smiling happily when she see's her beloved.

"How can you smile when your all beat up like that you dumby." Perfuma says giving Scorpia a kiss.

"Because your here." Scorpia says leaning in for another kiss.

Two lock into a passionate kiss for a while before breaking off. Scorpia takes a breath and asks "so I'm guessing we won? Oh please tell me we won, don't tell me this is a dream! Oh no." Scorpia says panic setting in

"The situation was complicated. All of us were injured in some way with the exception of a few. But Catra decided to not share this information during our battle on the field. There was an argument but in the end it was settled with those who could speak came to an agreement that Catra did what was best." Perfuma says

"What? Your lying Catra would never do that." Scorpia says frowning

"I'm not lying." Perfuma says

"Then that means Catra new we were all endanger but left us to die. She left her friends to die. Is everyone really okay with this!?" Scorpia shouts

"She had to think of the planet, not everyone agrees with her but it was her only choice." Perfuma says

"Why are you defending her?" Scorpia says confused

"Because I agree with her!" Peruma snaps

"You agree with leaving our friends to die?" Scorpia says

"This war isn't about us, it's about the people of Etheria." Perfuma says her voice growing in volume

"I admit I don't always get the bigger picture but leaving your friends to die. That sounds alot like how she was in the horde!" Scorpia yells

"She's not like that! She's thinking about everyone!" Perfuma says

"If she told you how hurt I was at the battle would you have left to help me." Scorpia says staring at Perfuma

"Of course i would if we had enough bots to secure the blossom heart." Perfuma says

"That's not an answer! If you had known I would be this hurt and possibly die would have left and saved me." Scorpia says

"No...I would have stayed." Perfuma says tears running down her face.

"Wow I never knew you'd just abandon your friends like that. You would abandon me like that." Scopria says looking away from Perfuma.

"I-" She tries to speak before Scorpia tells her to leave.

She walks to the door and turns to say "the doctors say you'll be out here in another two weeks. "

As Perfuma walks outs into the hallway and closes the door she notices Catra.

"I guess that means I shouldn't go in there huh."  Catra says walking with Perfuma

"Yeah I don't think now is the best time. But don't worry I'm sure she'll come around." Perfuma says

"You know you kinda surprised me, I thought you of all people would be the most furious." Catra says

"Follow me I want to show you something."

Perfuma walks through the hall of the fright zone till they get to a room with a large platform encased with glass.

"Oh? Entrapta finished the teleporter?" Catra says shocked.

"Yeah she's connected all the kingdoms as of yesterday. Smart Emily please take us to Plumeria. " Perfuma says

"What did she name it!?" Catra says as she is teleported to Plumeria.

"Ugh she needs to fix the distortion sickness." Catra says

"Its still in the early stages." Perfuma says chuckling

"First off I'm taking away her naming privileges, second how is she making such advancements so fast? I heard the teleportation network wouldn't be ready for another year." Catra says curiously

"Its Smart Emily, she managed to finish her because of the technology of the Argoians. They managed to make one and she took it apart and made her own. Shes been locked away in her lab ever since the end of the war. I don't think it's healthy but she doesn't want to leave. Even Hordak has trouble talking to her." Perfuma says

"I'll talk to her, but back on the A.I. how did she make it?" Catra says

"She figured it would take longer to make one from scratch so she made one with her brain the model. Don't worry I didn't it either, all I know is there's basically two Entraptas now." Perfuma says

"That would explain alot. So how long is this trip of ours?" Catra asks

"Were here." Perfuma says looking at the Heart Blossom.

"Your runestone?" Catra says

"I admit what you did during the war hurt. I understand why you did So, but that's not the reason why I'm on your side. Place your hand on the Heart Blossom." Perfuma says placing her hand on the tree.

Catra does the same, looking at Perfuma curiously

"Before the war I discovered an ability that I didn't know I had." Perfuma says

As she explains herself she exhales and a green lines begin forming from the tree and starts to expand outward to the ground.

"I was alone when it happened, Scorpia was very busy and hadn't been making back home. I was feeling lonely and when I placed my hand on the heart blossom. Then I felt connection, when I opened my eyes it was like I was no longer in my body, I felt like I was scattered into a million pieces. But I wasn't afraid but I wanted connection to Scopria and it did. I want you to think of someone anyone." Perfuma says with excitement.

Catra calms her heart and feels herself spreading through the world.

If what she says is true then I can locate....

She concentrates suddenly she pulled in dozens of directions at once. She feels it reach into her find to see images of runestone's.

Find them.

She opens her eyes to see Perfuma staring at her.

"What are you staring at?" Catra says

"You figured it out so quickly how?" Perfuma says

"It wasn't that hard but it did confuse me for a second. Thank you for showing me this, it helped me find items that had eluded me for quiet some time." Catra says happily.

"It took me weeks to fully master it!" Perfuma says puffing her cheeks

"Continue delve deeper into your runestone. But why snow me this?" Catra says

"I wanted to show you this because it's the reason why I sided with you. When I was defending the heart blossom i was pinned in the ground and couldn't move. But i used this ability to see the fighting and i knew that if we were going to win we needed absolute focus. I just wanted to tell you that your decision wasn't wrong." Perfuma says holding Catra's hand.

"Thank you, it means alot. I'll talk to Scopria soon maybe then she can understand what I did." Catra says smiling and walking away.
