"She said yes!" Rocky dances around the kitchen. "Who said yes?" I laugh.

"Laura!" He starts twerking. "Dude! Gross!" I cover my eyes.

"Sorry I'm just so happy!" He stops twerking. "When's the date?" I uncover my eyes. "Sunday." He tells me. "Cool." I nod.

He stands there for second then starts to twerk again. "Rocky!" I yell covering my eyes again. "Fiiiiiinnnnneeee." He trails off.

"I 'was' hungry. Now I feel sick." I hold onto my stomach. "Sassy much." Rocky says before leaving the kitchen.

I put my backpack down on the floor and take a seat at the island. I put my head in my hands.

I don't think I feel sick because Rocky was twerking... My heart hurts and it's besting fast.

I'm not stupid. I feel sick because Laura said yes... I was hoping she would've said no...

My eyes start to tear up. Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry. A tear slides down my cheek.

Shit!

"What's wrong?" Ryland comes downstairs. "Nothing." I say rudely and storm into my room.

I thought of Rocky and Laura together. I didn't like it. But I soon became inspired.

I remembered the song I never finished after the party. So I decided to finish it.

"Sounds good." Riker opens my door. "Thanks." I sniffle. "Let me see." He takes my songbook.

"This is amazing." He says as reads the lyrics. "Thanks." I wipe my nose.

"Want to play it tomorrow?" He looks at me. "Really?" I turn to him. "Why not?" He shrugs.

"Tell us how you want the song to go and we'll play it tomorrow." He says. "Alright. Cool." I take my songbook back.

"Oh and before I forget." He says. "Don't make it to obvious." He smirks before closing my door.

He knows... He knows it's about Laura doesn't he? Yup. Great...

I work on the song some more. I hope it's not to obvious...

Okay, your probably wondering whats going on... Well I'll let you in on a little secret.

Rydel came up with a plan.

She had Rocky ask Ross if it was okay if he went out wiht me. Ross likes to hide his feelings... So Ross being Ross he said he didn't care.

So Rydel purposely had Rocky ask me out in front of Ross. And yes, the only reason why we are doing this is because I told Rydel I liked Ross.

And the condition was if we went out we couldn't kiss or grow 'actual' feelings for each other.
