CHAPTER 7
Thursday
It has been a week since we went to Ayala Malls.
I checked my phone and it says, '4:45 Thursday, December 16'
I turned it off and focused ordering foods from a café.
Nasa unahan na ko ng cashier. I looked at the menu and the cashier boy spoke.
"Hello, ma'am. May i take your order?" He smiled
Ngumiti ako pabalik, "Um, yes. I'll take three latte, one regular black coffee, one croissant, one blueberry muffin, and one strawberry sliced cake."
"Right away, ma'am."
The receipt was slowly getting out. Binuksan ko ang wallet ko at hinintay na lumabas ang overall charge.
Nang lumabas na ang receipt binigyan niya na ako ng table number.
I gave him PHP1000 at binigay niya sa akin ang change.
I smiled after that and the guy smiled back.
I thanked him.
Umalis ako sa pila at lumapit kayla Aera na nasa Cellphone ang tingin.
"Y'all look so busy with your phones, huh." I said
Parehong bumaling saakin ang tatlo.
"You were so tagal, Sei." Ani Naomi
Naomi has been with us, and one of us since we met her. Rinse has been getting along with her but, mostly Rinse is always scolding Naomi. Pero tawa lang ang sagot lagi ni Naomi every time na nangyayari yon. Naomi has been very nice. We also learned a lot from her and her life. She also spent her youth days in Spain, since her family was a Spaniard except for her mother who's a Filipino woman.
Ngumisi na lang ako at umupo sa tabi ni Naomi.
"Hoy, bakla. Ang pogi nung cashier guy." Ani Rinse
Eto nanaman siya sa 'Hanap ng Pogi' Mission.
Aera sighed and Naomi laughed so did I
"Why naman you guys like that? Mukhang ka age natin yong guy, HAHA." Ani Rinse
We all laughed and waited for our food.
Nilapag na ng waitress ang inorder namin na light miryenda.
