Chapter 6

Telos P.O.V

Chiron led me through the camp along with the hunters. There were people sword fighting in an arena, people doing archery and there were a bunch of cabins that each had the name of a god on it.

"Telos you are going to be staying-" Artemis cut him off.

"Chiron Telos will be staying with the hunters while we are here", Artemis said.

"Are you sure he is a male?" Chiron asked. Artemis nodded.

"Telos I want you to stay near the hunters", Artemis said. A few hunters groaned but most of them didn't care, they knew i wouldn't try anything.

"Yes Milady", I said.

"Now I have my duties to attend to, girls don't kill anybody". They nodded.

Me and the hunters walked to the arena to train. When we got there a cocky looking guy walked up.

"Hey babes", he said to the hunters. I stayed quiet and the hunters ignored him.

He went to touch one of them but right before he did himself on the ground with my scythe to his throat.

"Don't touch them, they were ordered not to kill you. I wasn't.", I said. I whistled and Menos came running up to us.

"Menos if any male touches one of the hunters, Kill him", I commanded, "Now leave", I told the guy.

I removed my scythe from his throat and he ran off.

"I'll get you back", he yelled over his shoulder.

I looked at the hunters. "Sorry for holding you up", I apologized.

"It's okay, thanks for that. By the way my name is Phoebe", One of the hunters said.

"I wasn't a problem, I just knew that you don't like men", I said. All of the hunters nodded.

"Your okay though", The 6 year old said.

All of the hunters nodded.

"Thanks", I said, "you girls should probably train".

They nodded and went to the archery range. I went up to a dummy and sent Menos to with the hunters.

Hello servant or whatever are you there? , I thought to myself. Yeah Im here, master, I heard in my head. My dad told me about you, do you have a name, I thought to myself. My name is Nekros, He said. I want you to look after the hunters whenever we are at camp Ok?, I said in my head. Yes master, He said.

I summoned my scythe. And swung it at the dummy. And the blade went through the dummy with ease. The top of the dummy slid off.

I decided not to destroy anymore dummies. I want over to the weapon tent and found some throwing knives and went back. Then I saw A bunch of guys in front of the hunters with only Menos separating them.

The cocky guy goes to attack my dog. Make him feel pain, i thought. Yes master.

Right before he swung his sword he fell on the ground, screaming in agony. I walked to stand between them and summoned my scythe.

"First off, Stay away from the hunters. Second off don't attack my hellhound", I said calmly.

"And who is gonna stop us? You?", one of the guys asked, then all of them laughed.

Now make him feel pain, I ordered. Yes master. And the guy fell on the ground in pain. And that made them shut up. But the cocky guy got up and charged me with his sword. I swung my scythe, hoping i didn't kill him. He fell on the ground holding his stomach with blood spilling on the ground. All of the guys ran off.

The rest of the day went without a hitch. That guy didn't die luckily. The conch horn for dinner went off. I walked with the hunters into the dining hall. I sat next to the hunters because nobody here knew who my godly parent was. I sat down and a cupple people came over.

"Hey you aren't suppose to sit there", a girl said.

"Yes he is", Phoebe said while glaring at the girl.

"No he is supposed to sit at the hermes table", The girl said matter-of-factly.

"Lady Artemis ordered me to stay by the hunters, so that is what i'm doing", I said.

"What are you going to sleep in the Artemis cabin too?", she laughed.

I nodded.

"Wait you are? Oh Hades, they are going to kill you", She laughed and walked away to the Aphrodite table.

The rest of dinner went calmly except for the fact that everyone was looking at me. After dinner all of the hunters and me went to Artemis's cabin.

"Telos your gonna have to sleep a cupple beds away from everybody, we may like you but you're still a male", Phoebe said. I nodded slowly.

"I understand", I said.

She pointed a bed and I walked to it got in and layed down.

I waited an hour or so, until I knew everyone was asleep. I got up, wrote a note saying I had to go, and left. So where do i go, I thought. LA, Calafornia, I heard in my head. Ok lets go to LA.
