The thing about forever

chapter 10

Korra's POV

Its been a few days that Asami's father had passed away. She moved in with me because she is still underage and hasn't gone to school or hasn't even left the house she's just cooped up in the room the only time when she actually left the house when we went to her fathers funeral. once we returned she went straight to the room. I've been sleeping on the couch to give her some space. Everyone has came by the house to give her stuff she doesn't even want to speak to sparky and sparky is like a sister to her.

Sparky: Hey Korra when you get the chance can you give her this 

Korra: Yea sure

Sparky: Korra she really needs someone by her side she obviously doesn't want to see me at the moment why don't you I don't know maybe talk with her.

She had a point so after she had left I went to the store and got her favorite ice cream with movies we both like and passed by to get a pizza. Once I get home I go straight to the room and knock no answer so I knocked again and finally get and answer.

Asami: Go away

Well I wasn't just going to walk away she's in pain and I'm her friend so I just walk in and set the things down. Once she saw me she got up from the bed and hugged me. Sparky was right she needed me we stayed like that for a bit till I picked her up and we both cuddled on the bed till I spoke up.

Korra: hey how about you freshen up and we can talk and hang out and I brought us stuff to do

Asami: yea ok.

After she left I got up and cleaned the room up a bit then set everything up just for the two of us. I then texted sparky 

Korra: hey sparky I finally got into the room with her you were right she really did need me and I wasn't there.

Sparky: Kor I'm always right but that's good just be with her, she really likes you and I knew if you were there with her then she wouldn't feel alone, well ill leave you two alone 🙂

After I finished texting sparky Asami got out of the shower.

Korra: well she don't you feel a little better.

she just looked at me and gave me a weak smile. I patted the bed next to me so she could come and sit next to me. So I brought you your favorite Ice-cream and a pizza and maybe we could watch harry potter?

Asami: Yea that sounds great

After a while she fell asleep in my arms and I just watched her sleep she was so calm. her breaths were steady and even. After a while of looking at her I thought to my self she needs me in her life and I need her in my life if not I think us two would break apart if we didn't have each other. I got an idea afterwards and hopefully it goes well and then I fell asleep. Both of us cuddled close up to each other.
