Another dinner

I was honestly freaking out I had no clue how everyone was going to react. Would they be surprised and happy or would they be surprised but disappointed. They probably wont see her straight in the eyes. I checked the time 3:00 am damn I thought to myself. I got up from bed and headed to kai's room. I knocked on the door not really knowing what to do at three am.

Sparky: Hey kai you awake

Kai: I mean now I am what's up

Sparky: Dude I cant sleep, I'm just thinking about what's going to happen Sunday y'know 

Kai: Yeah I know but You should get some rest, we can finish talking about this in morning

Sparky: Yeah your right night bro 

I headed back to bed and threw my face onto the pillow and closed my eyes.

next morning

*Beep* Beep 

my eyes were heavy and I had a headache, last time I stay up late thinking holy crap. I looked over to see Kuvira was gone. Great they are all probably downstairs just what I needed, them to ask me questions. I went to the bathroom looked at myself in the mirror took a deep breath and an Advil and threw myself a hat. 

Sparky: Sup

Asami: Well morning to you too

Mako: Damn you look like ass

I mean he had a point 

Sparky: Rough night 

Asami: Aww, I made waffles so eat up 

I took my plate and took a seat. Now I just need to grow some guts. I took a deep breath 

Sparky: Soo guys what are we doing Sunday

Asami: Well I was thinking we can go to your parents house and eat dinner with them 

Wait what

Kai: Actually why don't we have dinner here we haven't done it in a while

*Phew*

Sparky: Yeah and ill cook it 

Kuriva: Wait what, last time you helped with Air Nation food you got all of us food poisoning

Sparky: Okay, but this time well be making WaterTribe I'm pretty good at that c'mon it will be great 

Bolin: Alright, but you better make noodles

Sunday

Okay today Korra comes over and my nerves are everywhere but I cant let them show. Everyone was getting ready not to fancy and not to lazy pretty casual. I went downstairs to make sure we had everything ready and mission surprise Asami is a go.

 Time skip

We were all at the dinner table and we were serving food now and Korra hasn't showed up. I was getting a little impatient so I excused myself and went up to my room to call her. After for rings your supposed to answer but she didn't. I mean I know kai is downstairs but I'm not trying to make it obvious so text him.

Sparky: Hey bro is she even coming?

Kai: I'm not sure maybe she chickened out

I decided to head back to the dinner table and start eating because I was honestly hungry myself.
