Third Person POV

As Furi walked she heard steps following her across town. She knew she could protect herself if she had to, but if it was a civilian she couldn't hurt them. She weaved in and out of alleys and dark walkways. The kind of places you don't want to be caught in at all, especially not at night.

Furi had decided to check on her familiars, some animals she trained and kept in the forest. Which was why she was now walking down a place she knew was dead end. As she turned the corner she saw the figure speed up, hoping to keep her in it's sights.

When the follower turned the corner he dropped from a kick to his temple. Furi gaped when she noticed who it was.

"Obito?!" She yelped.

Obito moaned.

"What the.....?!" He exclaimed, seeing Furi's purple ringed eyes.

"Why were you following me?! I could've killed you!" Furi scolded, hands on her hips.

"Well, I was out walking when I saw you and decided to follow you," Obito gave a short and nervous laugh.

Furi scowled, not believing him.

"What? It's true... I got bored 'cause I couldn't sleep and went for a walk. And anyway, why were you outside at this time of night?!" Obito hollered, pointing at Furi.

"Sh! Idiot! Do you want us to get caught?!" Furi whisper-hollered back, covering his mouth.

"Oops. Sorry." Obito said back, managing to pry her fingers from his face.

"But seriously, why were you out here?"

"Follow me. Someone was bound to find out anyway. Kakashi, Minato and Hokage-sama found out within the first week. Kushina probably knows through Minato." Furi continued to softly rant as she started walking torward the edge of the village.

"Now, I'm going to show you something I have never shown anyone before. The ones that know now followed me. I have no idea how Hokage-sama found out though. Creepy old man." Furi muttered her last comment, staring about her in a paranoid manner.

"Okay....?" Obito replied, starting to get worried.

"Just mirror my movements exactly. One wrong step means ANBU all over our asses. Got it?" Furi growled, jumping up and sticking to the wall.

"You....!" Obito stuttered, not used to this side of Furi.

"Just come on!" She hissed, already halfway up the wall.

Obito started jumping, on auto-pilot for the time. When they got to the forest floor on the other side of the wall Furi took off. She ran, sometimes jumping or swinging from tree to tree. Obito was still a bit shocked, though he did manage to keep up.

For as long as he has known Furi he had always been extremely cautious not get hurt. Even if she did push herself to the point of fainting during training. He didn't know anything about where she came from or who she really is. She was always polite and never questioned or broke an order or rule.

Now..... Now he saw a rebel who did what she wanted when she wanted. He was surprised to say the least. Kakashi's little sister was a rule-breaker!

"Stop laughing. The noise scares them." Furi whispered, stopping in front of a clearing.

Obito managed to stop too and took a look in the clearing. It had a small pond in the middle and the far half was covered in multitudes of different flowers. What drew his attention the most was the way Furi was now petting a feral looking fox. Wait, what?!

"Furi! What the fuck are you doing?!" He yelped, running toward her.

"Calm down. Henshoku-Shita is harmless. Unless you attack him that is." Furi just continued to pet the oddly coloured fox.

Now that Obito looked closer he could see that the fox only looked feral because of his coloring.

The fox had white fur and the tips of it's ears were a bright red. The paws and the tips of it's tail were black. In the moonlight the fox looked like a warrior of the Shinigami descended from the moon.

Obito was shook out of his musings by soft fur touching his hand. He looked down to see a different fox staring at him.

"Aah!" He screamed, falling and scrambling backwards.

The fox whimpered, cowering. The human-like blue eyes looking about to cry. By the size of the fox he would say it was a cub.

"Hey. Hey. I'm sorry if I scared you." Obito couldn't help, but to feel bad.

He noticed more and more foxes streaming into the clearing. The only one that looked to be a regular fox was the cub from before. Even then it had human eyes!

"Everyone. I have brought a friend I want you to meet. Obito, these are my summonings. I let them roam free whenever times are peaceful. I keep the kings in though." Furi explained, gestering around her.

"Introductions. This one," Furi held up Henshoku-shita," is the unofficial leader when I'm not around. These are the twins, Pozhar and Led. They are the diversion fighters. This one," at this she held up a fox that looked to be covered in blood, " is Sanguinis. He is the most ruthless fighter. A nice guy though. The one not here is Guaritore. She is the healer of the group.(1)"

Furi took a breath, not used to talking so much.

"And this one?" Obito asked, holding up the cub in his hand.

"Ah. The youngest and smallest of the foxes. That would be Petite Renard. The sweetest summon out there. Her eyes are always in a Byakugan-like state. So, she is constantly sleeping. Poor cub. Can't handle taking in so much information at once." Furi shook her head.

"So, these are your summons?" Obito questioned, still not completely understanding.

"Yes and no." A deep voice spoke.

Henshoku-shita was on Furi's shoulder, but had moved to stand on her head. Obito was confused. How can someone be a summoner, yet not?

"Furi Chi is not our official summoner. She has not signed the contract. She is just bound to our summoner enough to summon us." Henshoku-shita nooded, pleased with his speech.

"Wha-" Obito's question was interrupted by a shout from an unknown voice.
