Third person's Pov...
It was a peaceful night, the streets were busy as usual and there was no crime to be spotted everything was normal, giving the heroes a break from their usual crime figh-
ting job to be themselves...or so they thought.

In a Park, they seems to be a boy sitting on an empty bench, quiet sobs can be heard as he held his legs crying non-stop, shivering from the cold wind blowing into his face and soft murmurs can be heard from the boy, but they were muffled up by his crying and that was a sad sight to behold but what was amazing about this was the fact that the boy was glowing a pink colour, anyone could just walk past this saying it's his quirk but they couldn't, why? Because he was emitting  a pink light, he was so bright that it caught the attention of the whole city, people crowded the glowing boy but could not see his face, to them maybe he just can't control his quirk or he's a villain, but they couldn't see that he was in pain right now and it seemed that the glowing boy can't see or hear them inside that bubble of his.
    The heroes finally arrived to inspect the situation but they didn't know what was coming mwahahahaha *cough* sorry about that.
