Belladonna woke up early that morning to meet her uncle about the dueling. She was excited to show off her skills in dueling to everyone. She put on black leather pants instead of her normal black skirt. She also decided to skip the robes and headed to her uncle's office quickly. She slipped in the door and her uncle didn't bother to look up from his work.

"Good Morning plemyannitsa," Severus said as Belladonna smiled at him. She sat across from him at the desk with the same smile on her face. Severus rolled his eyes and couldn't help but smirk at the girl.

"Guess what," She said with a smile looking at her uncle. He chuckled looking back down at the homework he was grading.

"What is it, Belladonna," He asked as she fidgeted in her seat with excitement.

"Well, I get to teach dueling and you are my teacher supervision," She said clapping her hands together, "I already know what I'll be teaching today, I plan on pair them up and practicing proper edict and form. I mean I learned it my first year but," Belladonna said with a smile, and Severus chuckled at his niece's excitement.

"Yes well I'll be there in 5th period to watch over, but go now I have things to finish," He said rolling his eyes. Belladonna laughs at her uncle as she headed out of his office and towards the dining hall. The halls were filled with students bustling about the Yule ball coming up.

"Bell," She heard someone yell, she turned to see Harry. She didn't know what to do from their conversation yesterday. Harry caught up to her looking into her blue eyes. "Bell, I wanted to apologize for yesterday. I just really care about you." He said with a smile.

"It's alright Harry, things just got a little heated." She said with a smile, giving him a slight side hug. They started to slowly head towards the class.

"Well you know I am always here for you right?" He said looking at the girl slightly, she smiled raising her eyebrows.

"If you must know, Moody tried to use the unforgivable curses on me after class," She said lowly causing Harry to stop and pull her to the side of the hallway.

"Belladonna are you okay, that's terrible," He said anger growing inside of him slightly "Why would he do that?" He almost asked himself. Belladonna scoffed

"Imperio and Crucio don't work on me, not like how they should. He was going to try the last one if it wasn't for my uncle and Draco," She said looking at Harry. Harry looked into her deep blue eyes and felt terrible for what the girl had to go through. Even though he hated both Snape and Draco, he was thankful that they were able to save the girl.

"Well, I am glad your safe. Are you excited to teach dueling today?" Harry asked with a smile, Belladonna laughed. They started to make their way towards the classroom again.

"I cannot wait, I love dueling." She said with a smile, they counted walking to charms. It was a comfortable silence until Belladonna spoke again.

"Are you excited for the ball coming up?" She asked as they got close to the classroom.

"Kinda, I haven't really danced or been to one ever. Are you going with anyone yet?" He asked when they entered the classroom. Her cheeks flushed as she looked down.

"No one yet," She said then quickly making her way to her seat in the class next to Draco. Harry looked at the girl throughout the class, as she talked to Malfoy. He couldn't help but be mesmerized by her smile and laughter. He knew that she and Malfoy were good friends, hopefully not more. He was determined to make the girl his, to show that houses didn't matter.  Belladonna did not notice Harry's eyes that were on her during the class, but Draco sure did. He felt a ping of jealousy in his chest when she and Potter were walking into class together. He hated the way that he looked at Belladonna. A part of him wished that he had asked her to the ball instead of Pansy, but he was worried to lose her in his life. Draco didn't realize that he was looking at the girl and until she was laughing waving a hand in front of his face.
