It was another long night as the dark clouds in the black sky passed the BAU jet. Right under the wing of the jet, the sparkling city of New York went by as the team was on the way home to the base at Quantico. The team had been to New York 3 times in the past 9 months. They solved another child abduction case, and in the process, saved all of the 3 children that were captured... 2 young girls, and a boy in his early teenage years. The profilers see a lot of child abduction cases, but it never gets easier for any of them. JJ was always affected by these cases more than usual. Reid knew that for a fact and he also knew that she wouldn't want to talk about it.

To break the silence that surrounded the plane, Reid questioned, "Did you know that there are 5,673 predicted serial killers on the East Coast alone?", Morgan groaned with anguish trying to get Hotch to say something back to his comment so he didn't have to.

Hotch looked at Morgan with a smirk, turned back to Reid and asked "How many are on the West Coast?" JJ and Prentiss laughed at what Hotch said and Rossi chuckled under his breath also.

"You know what kid? You were left in that basket on the steps of the FBI for a reason, weren't you?", said Rossi in a cheerful tone.

Gracious laughter filled the silence that was once there before.

"In the West Coast, Hotch, there are 12,492 of these serial killers roaming around. Isn't that hard to believe?", Reid asked the team. The team sat there with a fake smile on their face and just agreed with him.

"Yes, pretty boy. That's very interesting. But if you could leave me to my nap, that would be great", Morgan said looking at Reid.

Reid gave him a thumbs up, scrunched his lips in an awkward way, and stopped talking.

Not even 4 minutes later, Garcia called the team with a new urgent case.

"Hello my big and little crime solving musketeers! " screams Garcia through the BAU computer.

"Hey baby girl, how's it back at Quantico?", Morgan smiled at her.

She licks her lips and says, "Don't you mean Quan-tee-co?"

The men on the jet looked at each other all confused as the ladies started laughing to themselves. Emily looks at the guys, trying to hold in giggles, and speaks "You fellas weren't there. It was something that happened at the bar a while ago", as she starts to smile even more.

"Garcia, was there something you needed to tell us?", JJ asked as she was trying not to throw up. Confusion sparkled in Reid's eyes as he cocked his head.

"JJ, are you feeling alright?", Reid asked, knowing something was off. "Yeah, I'm feeling a little light headed for some reason" as she put a hand on her head.

"Yes, my dumplings, there was an actual reason I called you of course. It wasn't just to see your beautiful faces sadly. We have a new case in Seattle, Washington that needs to be looked into immediately. A teenage girl was shot in the neck and was found in the parking lot of Seattle Grace Hospital. There have been 10 more girls found in the parking lots of 3 more hospitals so far in the past 2 months", Penelope said as she looked back at the team through her small window of a space. Hotch shifted his body to the majority of the profilers on the plane and gathered his ideas on what to do next. After 33 seconds, which Reid counted without telling anyone, Hotch figured out the game plan.

"Everyone needs to be back at the office at 7:30 tomorrow with their things packed to leave. Remember that we are meeting our new agent tomorrow", he said, looking at the team, waiting for their nod of approval.

"Yes sir, I can't wait to meet them. OH! Wait, what's her name?", Garcia asked, all jumpy and excited.

"Her name is Ma--", Rossi started to say as Garcia cut him off.

"I want to guess her name actually! Is it Allison Scott? No... I think I got it. Hm... Olivia Davenport".

"Garcia", Hotch said with a straight face that wasn't too serious.

"Ok.. got it...", she said looking away from the camera.

"Well I will see you all tomorrow. Be safe and make it home alright! Mwah, mwah, mwah! Kisses and hugs! Garcia out!", she yells energetically through their device as she takes her hand and pushes the button to hang up.

Morgan smiles to himself and Reid does too. JJ looks out the window and her face contorts in pain as she puts one hand on her stomach and another hand through her hair.

"JJ, are you sure that you are ok?", Prentiss chimes in now, as the whole team is worried that something is wrong.

She looks at them and laughs. "Yes guys, I'm ok. Just feeling a little off. Not sure what's the problem. I'll be fine by tomorrow", she says with a reassuring smile.

Everyone nods slightly as they go to their activities they usually do on the ride home. There was only a 1 hour, 35 minutes, and 23 seconds until they landed at their landing strip in Virginia. Reid was pretty bored, which is why he decided to calculate the amount of time before he could get off the plane. No one had the energy or the brain power to play him in another chess match on the way home, so he decided to try to take a nap like Morgan was, but he couldn't fall asleep.

Before they knew it, the team arrived at their destination. As the team got off the plane and onto the concrete, they gathered their things up and huddled in a circle.

"7:30 AM. See you in the morning", Hotch nodded and then left. The rest of the team followed suit behind Aaron, but before JJ could take 5 steps, Reid decided to stop and talk to her before they left to go home.

"Hey, can we talk real quick JJ?"

"Reid, I swear I'm fine!"

"Ok. Please tell me if something is wrong, Ok? Please?", Reid asked sincerely.

Jereau sighed. She looked at Reid and nodded. "Ok. Ok, I promise to tell you if there is something wrong."

"Thanks, JJ. Call me whenever, if you need to", he said as he waved goodbye. She shook her head and also waved goodbye. As she walked away, he was the only one on the landing strip. He stood in there for a minute and then decided to start his trek home for the night...
