Brother And sleepovers

CHAPTER 9

Alexa's POV

Last night I found out i have a brother i didn't even know i had a brother and now i found out i'm not an only kid like i thought. I was 6 when my parents abandoned me so i dont remember them telling me about a brother.  I dont know if i should feel happy or mad that i didn't know i finally found a loving family and  now this bombshell happens. Why can't i just have something for a little bit without the drama. I get ready for the day i have school later today so i have to get ready as i am about to get ready i get a text from my new brother the message said "Hi Alexa its Sam your brother i was wondering if you wanted to go maybe get a coffee and so we can catch up i respond to  his text "Sure i would love to' after that i get ready for school

i didn't feel like dressing up today so i put on a grey Nike hoodie and black Nike pants and some white  shoes after I'm all ready I go downstairs to see what the others
are doing i can't find them anywhere so I call there names "Mikey Ashton where are you all"
I hear one of them say "outback" and they are all in the pool Mikey is just standing there though i don't know why he says "I have something to tell you" then he pushed me in the pool and I don't even have a swimsuit on "You better run because your so dead" all the guys help me and we finally push him in I go get my phone to call Sarah to see if she wants to come the boys say it's fine she finally gets there when she does one of the guys says we should play a game called chicken I'm on top of Cal i don't know how he's able to hold my fat ass up but he does and Sarah is on Ashton I'm impressed at how strong he is I get knocked down then I get on one of the other guys and finally knock off Sarah we finally get out of the pool I ask the guys if Sarah can spend the night they all say it's fine

i go up to my room with Sarah and tell her about the other night "Sarah i have some news to tell you" She looks at me i tell her "So it turns out i have a brother i didn't know i even had one she looks shocked she asked how i found out and i told her about the date that Josh and me went on she like "Wait you and josh went on a date where at" i tell her how we had a picnic at the beach she thought it was romantic i also told her that josh said he loved me she squealed No way oh my gosh what did you say" i smile "i told him i love him back" she asked what ashton thought "Well um Ash doesn't know he only saw us kiss that one time but  i didn't tell him we are official but the other guys know" i ask her to not say anything to Ash she promises she wont "Alexa you know Mikey is really cute is he single" i playfully slap her "Ew there like my dad's that's gross and yes he is dating someone her name is Crystal there actually engaged" she said really i didn't know that she says "What about Luke i tell her he's single she just smiles "let me guess you like him" she blushes "i mean he is super hot so yeah" "as much as i think it would be totally weird i think you to would look super cute together" after are day we got are pj's on and watched greys anatomy we both started crying after watching the season 5 finale and we watched the first episode of season 6 we were balling so much after that i have never known a show could be so sad after we cried for a what felt like forever Sarah asked "Why did you pick the saddest show ever" i wipe my tears "I didn't know it was so sad" after crying forever we went to bed

i wake up to someone tapping me "Alexa wake up we over slept and have school "I popped up so fast "oh crap how late are we gonna be" like 12 min but if we hurry up and get ready maybe we can make it on time plus you do drive pretty fast" i get dressed super fast go downstairs say by to the guys but not before i tell the guys something" Hey ash later i need to talk to you all" he nods "ok is everything ok" i smile "yes its fine just something i think you guys would want to know" he nods and then me and Sarah left for school

We get to class then we were learning something honestly i dont know what it is we are learning i always end up just texting all my friends or fall asleep in class and Sarah usually has to wake me up class ended then we headed to lunch i sat down with the rest of my friends and started telling them about my brother "Guys i need to tell you something Sarah already knows but it turns out i have a brother that i didn't even know about" they all look shocked Rolland says "Well what are you going to tell the guys" i look up at him "Honestly I'm going to be up front but this doesn't change anything with me or the guys though because they are still my dad's" Roland just nods lunch ends i tell them all bye i always leave early because I'm a senior so seniors get an off period so i always leave after lunch then head home

I get home and and dont see all the guys So i yell "IM HOME" that's when they all come running and hug me I'm actually quit shocked "oh ok what's this for" they all smile "we just missed you" i look up to them smiling I missed you guys to "But um not to crash the mood but we need a family meeting i have to tell you all something" they say ok then we go to the living room and sit down i start fidgeting with my hoodie strings because i dont know how they will take the news but first i decide to tell Ash about Josh "Well this isn't what i was going to tell you but i think first i need to tell ash something I'm sure the rest of you already know what I'm going to say" they all give me a knowing nod Ash just look at me "So the other guys already know but Ash im kind of dating Josh that's where i went the other day it wasn't with friends it was on a date with josh" he looks at the other guys and ask " How did they know already "Well Um i kind of told them a while ago i didn't tell you because i know you would get all protective like you were the other night" but before you say anything else i need to tell you all the real reason i called a family meeting to get it all out in the open "Um i dont know how you will all react or if you will hate me but on my date with Josh someone walked up to me and him and it turns out i have a brother i didn't know i had this doesn't change anything you guys are still my dad's just thought you should know" they all looked at me shocked "Do you guys hate me" they come over to hug me then Mikey says "We could never hate you we will always love you no matter what" i just nod "oh also he wants to meet up today buy honesty I'm scared could one of you guy come with me to meet him" they look at me and Cal looks at the others then they all give him a nods he says "I will go with you if it makes you feel better" i smile "You will" he hugs me "Of course i will we are family and i love you" i hug him back " I love you to but he's expecting me in a little bit so i should go get ready i look to cal "You sure your ok with this it wont bother you or anything also im sure you have better thing you could do" he smiles "The only thing i have to do today is to support you" i hug him one last time then i go get ready

After im ready i go to Cal "Are you ready" he says "Yep lets go" i hug the others and tell them how much i love them then me and Cal go to the place we are supposed to meet Sam we get to the place i sit in the car for a minute Cal look at me "You ok" i just nod and tell him "Honestly im scared what if he turns out to hate me Cal puts a finger under my chin so i can look at him "He will love you because you are amazing smart and make everything brighter " i smile at him "Thank you Cal i think I'm ready now" he nods we get out of the car then go inside as we get inside i see Sam he waves me over "Um Hi Sam this is my dad Cal" after i introduce them and they say hi to each other we sit down Sam looks at me "I've been looking for you for over a couple years but im so happy i found you" i just nod he ask about how i am and some about my life i told him "Well mom and dad got rid of me when i was six i was at an orphanage ever since then just a couple months ago is when i met Cal and the rest of them" he looks shocked "Are parents just left you at an orphanage why" Cal was quit the whole time because he was mainly here to just support me i tell Sam "I dont know they never told me and i dont remember much about them" after an hour we decided it was time to go me and sam learned a lot about each other he promised he would talk to me again and that he wont be like are parents then we hugged and me and Cal went home after we got home i hug cal and say "Thank you for coming with me" he hugs me "anything for you" then we both went to our rooms and i fell asleep feeling happy
