I woke up to my mum barging into my room asking me to get the hell up because we're late. I jolted up and rushed to wash up and get ready. For my outfit, I settled for a pair of black leggings and a white wooly sweater. I wore minimal make up even though we had a short transit time but still I didn't want my face to break out or anything during the trip. As I grabbed my suitcases down the stairs, I glanced up and saw it was just only 6:30a.m.

"MUM!!!!!" I screamed.

"Yes, Lia?" She came from the kitchen looking all freshened up and ready to go to the airport.

"Why did you wake me up so early and say that we were late?"

"I –" I cut her off before she could explain.

"I could have slept even longer, mum." I whined while dragging my suitcases down the stairs.

"Well, it's better to be early than late, dear." My mum said.

"Why is Aaron and dad not down yet?"

"They are. They're outside."

"Oh...mum you know that it's only 6:30a.m. right?" I asked her.

"Yes, your pointed being?"

"There won't even be a jam this early on a Monday. School's out and people don't even start work until 9 which means they'll probably only leave at 8." I was reasoning with her while whining like a kid asking his/her mother for candy.

"Oh hush get your bags out the door we are leaving soon. Our flight is at nine for heaven's sake and for an international flight we need to get there two hours prior."

I hauled all my bags outside and watched as dad's driver, Mr. Tims, loaded the car.

"Morning, Aaron." I greeted my brother and ruffled up his hair. He was dressed in long pants, a white T – shirt with a denim jacket over it.

"Morning, sis. Don't touch my hair."

"Already did slow poke." I laughed at him.

"Morning, Aurelia." My father spoke.

"Morning." I said in a bitter voice and got into the car, waiting for my mum to lock up the house.

As soon as she entered the car, Mr. Tims drove us straight to the airport. Like what I said earlier to my mum, there wasn't any traffic. We made it to the airport in just half an hour and I glared at mum but she didn't notice. We said goodbye to Mr. Tims and he wished us a safe holiday. We went into the airport and headed straight for the check – in counter so we can get rid of our bags.

As we were walking to the counter, I knocked into someone and fell on my fours as I was focused on my phone. I looked up and saw those dark green eyes staring down on me. I quickly got up and dusted myself off.

"You again! Seriously what's it with you knocking into people?!" I said annoyed by the fact I didn't get enough beauty sleep and am seeing the asshole that I never thought I would see again.

He scoffed, rolled his eyes and walked away. God it's too early for confrontation but I'll be damned if he thinks he can do this again.

"Hey!" I called out to him, well aware that even though it was only past seven in the morning, the airport was well packed with people. But the thing was he didn't even turn around and just kept walking to the check – in counter. I rushed to stand in front of him blocking his way and looked him straight in the eye and said "Fucking hell, I was fucking talking to you. You should freaking learn your fucking manners for fuck's sake." I lashed out on him. HA! Feel the wrath of grumpy Aurelia, douchebag.

He looked at me like I was some psycho and had a smirk on his face. He was amused by this?!!! What the fucking hell!? Was he psychotic?!

"You should really clean that mouth of yours, Aurelia." He said in a gruffy voice. The way my name came out from his mouth did something weird to my insides and it pulled me away from the fact that he knew my name. How on earth did he know my name was what I wanted to ask him but instead I said "How about you fix your attitude and apologize?!"

He took a step forward and said into my ear "I wasn't the one who knocked into you. You knocked into me, little girl." This guy seriously needs to work on some boundaries. He is all up in my personal space. I took a step back to put some distance between us and stared at him and trying to see the whole purpose of this argument. I noticed he wasn't in his hoodie or anything. In fact he was in a black suit which looked freakishly hot on him.

In the end I found no point of the argument and quit analyzing him, sighing I held my head down and apologized quietly. I did knock into the guy and I was holding my anger from two nights ago at the club. Great when I wasn't in the wrong I apologize but when I was wrong I had to get into an argument with this asshole and then apologize, great, just great. What a great way to start this dreadful trip.

He just looked at me and then walked away. He didn't even give a nod or anything. Sighing again, I walked away to my own check – in counter as my bags were rolled there by my brother after that whole encounter. I took out my passport and waited for the air steward to check my suitcases in and printed my flight ticket. After that whole fiasco, we went to McDonald's to have some breakfast before going into the departure hall. My father being my father took us all to the airport lounge while he disappeared to God knows where doing God knows what. I sat near the window where I could see the runway, took out my earbuds and plugged them into my ear blasting 'Bring Me Back to Life' by Evanescence. I was so engrossed in my music and watching the planes land and take off that I didn't notice someone was sitting in front of me. It was when that person tapped my knee that it shook me out of my music trance. I turned from the windows to face the person and I wasn't even surprised right now to see green eyes in front of me.
