Rule Breaker- Iida x y/n

No One's POV

"L/n!" you sighed heavily as the 'class rep' shouted at you from his seat. His arms in their normal robotic pose. "it is horribly disrespectful to put your feet on your desk!" you rose your eyebrow at him as you leaned back on your chair.

"yeah....and?" you asked with a cocky smile, much to Iida's dismay. He got up and quickly advanced to you. His arms moving up and down rapidly. 

"I insist you put them down." you gave him a playful smirk. 

"and I insist they stay up." he groaned and began lecturing you on respectful behavior or something like that. To be perfectly honest you weren't actually listening to a word coming out of his mouth. But as he went on and on you did notice Aizawa Sensei coming up silently behind him with his arms crossed, seemingly waiting for Iida to finish with his unneeded lecture. You quickly put your legs under your desk as they were supposed to be, knowing Aizawa didn't take kindly to it. Iida seemingly pleased with this rose his arm fast, hitting Aizawa square in his face. Now normally Aizawa wouldn't punish too hard for accidents like this but Hizashi had snored all night and with his husband's snores, he didn't get a wink of sleep. Iida quickly turned around and his face fell a little as the whole room could practically feel their teacher's irritation radiating from him. 

"detention today," he said simply and walked to the front of the class. You sat there with shock as you looked at Iida who simply nodded and after multiple apologies raced back to his desk. Although he wouldn't say it he was greatly affected by this. he truly believed he had disgraced part of the Iida name, even if it was just detention. you couldn't help but feel kind of bad. After a long moment of contemplation, you sighed. You were so gonna regret this later. You reached into your bag and took out a dry erase marker and chucked it at the back of Aizawa's head. it bounced off and Aizawa glared at you. "don't test my patience L/n" he warned, to which you replied by throwing another. this one hitting right between his eyes. He sighed as he pulled up his sleeping bag. "detention tomorrow." and with that, he flopped down on the podium and was immediately snoring. You shrugged it off and smiled at Iida looking at you with a surprised look, and you chuckled softly as you gave him finger guns before turning away from him, deciding to chat with Kaminari. Once class finally ended and it was time for lunch Iida had raced up to you. 

"L/n what was that!" he said gesturing between you and Iawzawa frantically. "there was surely no ne-" you interrupted him, pressing your finger to his lips.

"shush, you think I'm really gonna let the 'class rep' have detention all by himself? What monster do you take me for." you smirked as you put your free hand to your hip. "and for the last time, please. It's Y/n I prefer it so I promise it's not disrespectful or anything like that." you heard Mina call to you and with a wink you quickly ran off to join her. "I'll see you at detention." you waved and then headed to lunch. Iida stood, his face a bright red as he watched after you. The rest of the school day passed by pretty quickly and before he knew it Iida was standing in front of the detention room. With a deep breath, he opened the door to see you already seated in one of the front row chairs. Aizawa turned towards him and pointed to a seat also in the front row, only a desk away from yours. he nodded and quickly went to the chair and sat down. After a long lecture from the tired-looking man he informed them they'd have about an hour left and he sat down pulling his sleeping bag up and face planting onto the desk. You took this chance to quickly slide into the desk next to Iida's and you gave him a sly look. "soooo how's prison so far?" You asked with a chuckle. Of course, being the daring rule breaker you were you knew the routine for detention quite well and knew Aizawa was completely passed out already. Iida sighed as he looked at you. 

"isn't detention supposed to be quiet?" he asked, trying to hide the smile that was slowly appearing on his face. You rolled your eyes playfully and then your eyes fell on the door and you got up. Iida watched you with interest as you cracked the door open and looked out, not seeing any teachers. You looked at him and held out your hand. 

"come on let's get out of here." His mouth dropped and he quickly shook his head. 

"w-what L/n that is against detention rules," he stated, looking at you as if you had lost your mind. Only revincing another smirk from you as you crossed your arms. 

"what did I tell you before? Besides, we all know you should be in here at all. After a moment of him pondering he felt someone grab his hands, breaking him from his thoughts. When he looked up he saw you now standing next to him and pulling him up from his desk. And then before he knew it you started to run, holding his hand tightly as you ran out into the hallway, alerting Aizawa who quickly jumped out of his chair. Iida with panic quickly activated his quirk and scooped you up into his arms bridal style as he ran as fast as he could down the hall. You couldn't help the blush that spread across your face but you laughed as you held onto him tightly. He couldn't believe what he was doing, this was breaking so many rules but his fears eased when he heard your laughter. Aizawa had decided it really wasn't worth the chase and wasn't after you guys anymore so he began to slow down. Once he stopped and set you down, he raked his hands through his hair. 

"I can't believe I just did that," he said with disbelief. You chuckled and punched his arm gently with an excited smile. 

"Iida that was amazing. I didn't know you were a rebel" you said with a teasing tone. Iida went red and quickly tried to argue but was too flustered to speak correctly so just sighed. "hey it alright, I think it's good to be out of the norm sometimes." you gave him a confident smile. He returned the smile with a chuckle of his own. "now what do you say we go put a take on Mineta's chair?" 

"Y/N!"

"kidding.....now" you laughed and held out your hand for him to take. "we'll go hang out or something," you said with a bright smile. he couldn't help but blush and smile a little as he took your hand and you both walked off.
